Domus Valencia Apartamentos Loft zona Pechina

Pros: The owner is a nice person, really had pleasure to deal with. Nice patio, ground floor, feels like it’s a private house in the city centre. All is perfect inside. Love this place. Our favourite in Valencia.

Pros: The location of the apartment is excellent, the old town is close, but its street is not that busy It is nicely furnished. The host was very welcoming, he allowed us to put down our baggage earlier than check-in time, he took as to the airport as well.

Cons: The fridge is a bit loud and you can hear the street noise within the apartment.

Pros: The host was great to let us place our luggages early.

Pros: Big, comfortable apartment not far from city center. Near to the bus station and subway. The host is really nice and helpful.

Cons: Nothing specific to complain about.

Pros: this location was perfect for us becaue we will move in the same street nexr week.. Definetely we will recommend this property to friends and family when they will visit s in Valencia.

Cons: the bedroom is on the streetside groundfloor and you hear and understand every word what people say who passing during the night..... !!

Pros: The appartment was large and nice. Kitchen was well equipped. Comfortable bed. Good location, very close to Turia park, metro and bike rental were close. Nice bakery and large supermarket just around the corner. City center 10min by foot. Owner is very friendly. We were able to drop off our luggage in the morning, which was very nice.

Cons: There was only 1 (large) towel per person. A second smaller towel per person would have been nice.

Ótima estada em Valência

Pros: Otima localização, próximo a estação de metrô, apartamento amplo, muito bem equipado e limpo

Cons: Falta um pouco de manutenção, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado nossa estada.

Speciale e perfetto!

Pros: Siamo stati in Soggiorno per una settimana quasi: io il mio compagno e la mia bambina di 9 anni e oltre ad essere meravigliosa Valencia come città, Edu e suo figlio sono stati super accoglienti, disponibili e cordialissimi. Abbiamo poi capito, parlando col figlio che la casina, così deliziosa, é principalmente merito della mamma: davvero un gran gusto! Pulizia ottima, non mancava niente, comodissima, bagno completo del necessario come in hotel. Così come la cucina, e il robottino per spazzare, da noi nominato il fantastico “Cesare”! Posizione strategica: vicinissimo a piedi al meraviglioso Jardin de Turà, a 10 min a piedi dal centro città e Mercado Central. Davvero tutto perfetto! Ringraziamo davvero Edu e la sua famiglia, sicuro torneremo a Valencia e sicuro quando lo faremo chiederemo nuovamente a loro! Grazie infinite!

Perfecto para ver Valencia

Pros: La ubicación, barrio cerca del centro con todos los servicios, hay bastante aparcamiento aunque es en zona azul, el apartamento es muy amplio, tiene absolutamente de todo, y el barrio por la noche es tranquilo. La recogida de llaves es muy sencilla y el anfitrión es muy amable y es fácil contactar con él.

Cons: El colchón de la cama podría mejorarse.
