Pros: Fantastic appartment and location. Very clean! The communication with the host is excellent. Close distance to the park, bakery, shops and restaurants. You have to try the Ricardo Bar which is one min walk from appartment. In general the appartment is very clean and very well equipped.

Great stay

Pros: Really helpful and accommodating host. Clear instructions were sent of how to obtain the keys as we arrived late. The property was really clean and well equipped. Quite area of Valencia with 15min walk to town center. Bar Ricardo just next to the property is a must!

Family city break

Pros: Everything was perfect! Apartment is really well furnished - there is also washing machine and dishwasher available. Location is great - close to the center and to the bus stop. Near bakeries, shops and restaurants.

Perfect

Pros: Everything was wonderful! We were greeted and shown the parking lot, which is very conveniently located. The apartments themselves are very clean and cozy. All the necessary amenities are available. I would definitely choose the same again if I were to pick apartments in Valencia once more.

Pros: The apartment was great, with all amenities for a great stay. Near to public transport (bus and metro), supermarket, bakery, restaurant and the park. Gracia and the staf were very helpful. Recommended

Highly recommend!

Pros: Standard of the apartment, location and host were amazing. Apartment was very well organized and included all appliance we needed. Strongly recommend for everyone, especially families with kids as there is a huge botanic park with playgrounds 1 min away from the apartment. Great customer service/ comms as well.

Beautiful city and comfortable apartment

Pros: The apartment was very comfortable. It had a decent kitchen for self catering. The bed was comfortable as it had a memory foam topper. It was close to public transport. It was also great for supermarkets as we really rely on cooking at home. The supermarkets had good gluten free choices 😁. It was very close to lovely green spaces and only 20 minutes walk to the city amenities. The city itself is beautiful.

Cons: The terrace is big and sunny, however, the table and chairs could do with updating. The plant pots would be nice if potted up.

Attractively styled and well located

Pros: The location was great for sightseeing - just a short distance from bus stops (95 along the park to the seaside, 64 / C2 into the old town and shopping district) and Turia metro. The aerial photo taken from the terrace of Novotel (a must for a sunset drink, reservations advisable) shows the surroundings with the apartment located directly across the park (the dark fronted narrow modern building to the right of the large apartment block). The apartment is styled attractively and very quiet, despite its location, beds are comfortable and equipped to high standard (with washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board, dishwasher and kitchen gadgets you would expect for independent stay).

Cons: Minor housekeeping issues which did not impact on our stay and enjoyment of the apartment. Could have a couple of more wine glasses, generally the crockery and cutlery were well suited to this apartment (we had breakfast and a light meal in). The sofa was not the most comfortable to sit on but does the job.

Pros: Very well presented, clean and well maintained. Had everything available within the apartment so was an easy home from home experience. Ideal location with easy access to visiting all area of Valencia.

Cons: Have no negative points to report.

Good base to explore Valencia

Pros: We loved the apartment and how easy it was to go to the beach from there. There was lots of space and a lovely air con, which was essential in the heatwave. Good equipped kitchen and bathroom. Good communication with host who made sure we were comfortable and set in despite it being outside of office hours. Outside the city centre, but very close to shops, public transport and leisure places such as Turia Park.

Cons: The curtains in the living room block the light leaving the room quite dark and the ones in the bedroom are too thin so the sun comes in from early in the morning. A chopping board in the kitchen would be useful to cut bread or fruit.
