Wonderful experience!

Pros: it was a great experience. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, and perfectly located within walking distance of the city center, and right next to the park. There is a separate, secure area to store bikes overnight (not inside the apartment), as well as an additional dedicated space for bicycles. Plus, Valencia Bikes, a bike shop, is just a 2-minute walk from the flat, which made everything extremely convenient. The host was kind and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! 🌿🚲✨

Great value for money, clean and new apartment in great location

Pros: The location is great, the apartment is bit with a bathroom in every room, kitchen is well equipped and everything is new and very clean. The communication with the staff was great as well!

Cons: The apartment is quite dark, the beds are very firm, for me it wasn’t that comfortable to sleep and the shower in the small room was hard to use, as the water didnt drain in time and there was some overflow.

Potete dormire davvero bene anche in quattro

Pros: Appartamento grande, comodo ai servizi (metro e bus), dotato di ogni comfort (the, caffè, spremiagrumi, lavatrice, clima...) e arredato con gusto e cura. Sono presenti addirittura tre bagni! Perfetto per quattro persone in quanto i letti presenti sono due e grandi. Ma Per me la cosa più importante quando viaggio è il riposo e devo dire che l appartamento è MOLTO silenzioso in quanto le camere si trovano dal lato opposto della strada principale e affacciano sulla terrazza privata, il che è ottimo. Presenti tapparelle (spesso si trovano le tende oscuranti). Letti comodi, docce grandi, soggiorno confortevole e ogni camera presenta uno split per l aria condizionata e una tv. Abbiamo apprezzato tanto le piccole attenzioni per la nostra bambina di 1 anni (sapone per bimbi, crema idratante, seggiolone, culla, set di piatti per bambini!!!!), grazie!

Cons: Forte odore di fogna nella stanza principale quando ha piovuto tanto. La mia bimba ha pagato quanto un adulto, ma per il rapporto qualità prezzo ne è valsa la pena
