Cozy flat in La Petxina B

Great flat in a superb location.

Pros: Fernando was very friendly and helpful. The flat is perfectly located. All required amenities are available even for a longer stay.

Pros: Everything was great! Beautiful, clean apartment, well-equipped- there was really nothing missing. We also liked the location, which is close to the bus and metro station. And big thanks to Fernando and his wife who were very helpful and kind.

Exceeded our expectations and would most definitely recommend this to our friends and family!

Pros: Everything! The property is exceptional in every way. On the face of things it was exactly as we expected, the extras such as toiletries, towels, sheets, baby cot and even ice cream was above and beyond our expectations and made our stay as easy and trouble free as possible. We reached out to both Fernando and Ramiro at one stage of our stay in terms of advice and the responses we received were incredible. We truly felt that we were staying with family!

Cons: Only the fact that we had to leave.

Pros: Lovely spacious, modern, comfortable, well equipped property. Fernando was so accommodating and helpful, providing multiple recommendations and helping us get to the train station for our early departure. Valencia is beautiful and this apartment is well placed to explore.

Pros: Fernando was a wonderful host! He gave us useful tips and information about the local area. Everything was perfect in the apartment, it was air conditioned and comfortable. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The location is great, 7 minutes walk from the Old City.

Pros: Excellent communication with Ramiro, the owner, and Fernando who let us in and showed us around. For us the apartment is in a great location right next to the Petxina gym/pool complex [though this was closed for repairs during our stay - easy enough to find an alternative] and within walking distance to everything including the marvellous Biopark, city centre, Botanic gardens, museums, supermarkets etc. The furnishings and equipment are basic Ikea level but certainly adequate. Ground floor with frosted glass windows fronting the street which is not a problem as it's not a busy street and we felt secure as everything can be deadlocked and it's a peaceful neighbourhood. Aircon works well for heating during winter. The apartment was great for just 2 of us but it would be comfortable for four as there are 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms.

Pros: The flat is spacious, in a quiet area near to the park. Near by you can find good bike rentals, supermarket. The owner was very nice and helpful. We were in Valencia during the fluds and he also helped us book a taxi which was for us unpossible to get to take us to the airport.

Pros: Great apartment, just outside of the old town. A couple of excellent bars, a decent bakery, and the old river park all on your doorstep! Really good coms, and great suggestions provided for food/drink,/sights.

Pros: An amazing place with a great host. Everything is about a 20 minute walk from this apartment, besides the beach which is an hour away. Good thing is that Valencia has an amazing transportation system, we used mainly busses. 10/10 recommend. We will be coming back soon hopefully.
