Cozy and Private - Unbeatable in terms of value for money

Pros: Fernando, who managed our arrival and stay, was a really friendly guy. He sent us a bench of restaurant recommendations and activities to do which was pretty practical. Also, the apartment had everything we needed with amenities, towels, kitchen appliances, AC, fans etc. The aparment seemed pretty new and was in good shape. Stayed with 3 friends, but is probably enough for 5-6 people since there are 3 beds (1 double, 2 single) aswell as a sleeping couch. The nights were very silent. Fantastic and budget friendly place to stay. Great access to everything in the city.

Pros: The property was big and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and clean, plus washing machine. One large double bedroom and a separate twin room both with own bathroom. The AC works fantastically and the living room was great with plenty or seating and space for everyone. The owner is fantastic and helpful and speaks great English with lots of recommendations about what to see and do in Valencia. Around €10-12 for a taxi to the city centre

Cons: There was a drains smell on entering the property however this went away a bit once the water had been used. As it’s a ground floor flat be aware that there isn’t a great deal of light in the living room as it’s straight out onto the street so the windows are frosted.

This was a great location for us as it was close to our family and our new granddaughter!

Pros: Great location close to the city centre with good transport links.

We had a great stay in Ramiro’s apartment and we enjoyed our time in Valencia.

Pros: Comfortable and spacious apartment and is ideal for a small family. The apartment has a good location just across Turia park and a short walking distance to Nuevo Centro. The supermarket Mercadona is also a short 5 minute walk.

Very comfortable place, Great location

Pros: The location is great, the apartment has everything that you need. With very spacious living room and two bathrooms it's perfect for 3 or 4 people. The area is good, there're bus stops nearby, shops, the street is quiet and the host provides information about amazing places to eat, drink and what to see in this beautiful town.

Great space close to all city attractions...

Pros: The Apartment was convenient to city centre. About 20 min walk. Great for bus to beach. 10 min walk for that bus. Everything in Apartment was spotless! Good storage, kitchen facilities, bathroom facilities with towels, shower gel, hair shampoo. Lovely apartment with lots of space. Only 2 of us but would be great for family if 4 also. Added bonus of a sofa bed in living room. The owner/and Fernando whom we met at Apartment on arrival could not have been more helpful. They offerred a first class service & speedy response to any questions we had. Great accommodatuon experience from start to finish! Well done guys!

Great location in safe area close to old town

Pros: Very clean, equipped with everything you need for a holiday. 2 smart TVs to please the children in down times. Very comfortable, quiet apartment. Love the rolling shutters for darkness at night. Finished to a high standard, recently renovated. Safe area, great location with only 10 minutes walk to the old town, 2 minutes walk to the Rio. Communication with the host was easy via WhatsApp. Would definitely recommend without hesitation.

Cons: Nothing at all not to like. All was good.

Exceptional apartment with a super helpful host

Pros: Fantastic location, near bus routes, tram etc and walking distance of old town. Great bars and shops nearby but quiet. Scrupulously clean and very helpful communicative and welcoming host.

Pros: Very clean modern, well equipped large comfortable apartment in a very quiet residential area. Supermarkets and Cafes nearby. Close to bus station and turia gardens.

Cons: A good walk to tourist area but not problem really unless there are mobility issues. Had a little difficulty with airport pickup and communication with owners but overall a good experience.

Pros: Fernando was waiting for us on arrival even though our flight was a little delayed. The apartment is SUPER CLEAN!! everything feels and looks brand new. Quiet location and has everything you could need. Good info about local area and lots of recommendations. Heating was fantastic and the beds super comfy. Lots of space and all the utensils and equipment you can need. Great size bathrooms and good sized bedrooms. Nive open plann kitchen/living space with lots of seating options. Communication before and during stay is first class. Early check in was no problem which was really helpful. Shower powerful and plenty of hot water. Good lighting and lots f electric points. Super impressed with the facilities

Cons: Only thing to mention is there is NO bus service on a Sunday, so if you receive info about bus connections from the airport, they do not run on Sunday. Just bear in mind, you need your own netflix/amazon account to watch anything on TV. normal TV signal does not work. Apart from these the entire stay was near on perfect
