Great stay for the value outside Valencia

Pros: Very modern and clean. Near bus stop and train line to get into the centre of Valencia. No noise issues

Cons: No door on the main bedroom. Instructions to access weren’t sent in time and the deposit scheme is not the best to use

Pros: Very stylish apartments! Everything is carefully cleaned, clean linen, kitchen with everything you need, even children's dishes. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail!

Cons: Very complicated registration. takes time. After booking, you had to pay a deposit of 300 euros. But this amount is not withheld automatically, you need to make a transfer to a bank account and provide a receipt to a certain email. You also need to send a photo of the adults' ID to the same email. And as a separate step, you also need to go through online registration. And after all this, we found out that late check-in is paid - 25 euros, transferred to the same bank account with confirmation. And do you think someone met us? We took the keys from the key box on the wall.

Holiday in early June

Pros: Everything was great in the property, very clean and everything you need for a family stay. The property it was close to supermarket, park and restaurants around. We had a pleasant stay and we would come back.

Cons: I did not like only the deposit part, that you have to transfer payment in advance. I don't mind to give my credit card for incidentals however there was no option. We had to go to the bank and lodge the money which was annoying, so this is something that needs to be improved.

Pros: Amazing accommodation, very modern and in an excellent location. Nice massive TV and comes with all amenities needed like washing machine, drying stand, kitchen fully equipped!

Pros: Very lovely and modern apartment with all of equipment. Bars ,restaurants and mercadona in minutes of walk altrough the location is quiet enough. Good access of valencia, Albufera national park and beaches slso. The owner is extremely helpful!

FINDE COPERO EN VALENCIA

Pros: Muy práctico, bien ubicado y con gran facilidad de acceso. Muy recomendable.

Cons: Simplemente tener opció a un ambiente mas opaco a nivel de luz instalando algun tipo de cortinas para mejorar el acceso de luz externa en momentos de descanso. El resto genial.

Excelente estancia

Pros: Zona tranquila, muy acogedor el lugar, todo muy limpio.

Cons: Difícil para aparcar, no tenía lavadora.

Cons: Obras a decorrer nas proximidades a partir das 7h30 que causaram algum transtorno. Exaustor e placa de fogão algo ruidosos. Falta de porta de acesso da sala/ cozinha ao quarto. Claridade da luz da rua. Estacionamento difícil junto à porta e nas imediações e pela necessidade imperiosa de deslocação em viatura própria só consegui lugar na 1a noite junto à porta, na 2a noite nas proximidades e nas restantes em parque gratuito a cerca de 1 km mas a um bom oasdrio a pé e sem stress. Check-out muito cedo. Um pouco distante de Valência. Próximo de estação de serviço e lavagem automóvel o que pode causar algum desconforto com o ruído da lavagem mas com o tempo torna-se suportável.

Pros: Appartamento nuovo. Moderno, dotato di tutto il necessario (lavatrice con asciugatrice, tostapane, bollitore, macchina del caffè, asciugacapelli ecc.). Essenziale, ma assolutamente funzionale.

Cons: Niente da dichiarare.
