Apartamento Valencia

Pros: In a quiet area. A fifteen-minute drive to the center. A clean and comfortable house. I recommend it.

Cons: Duvarlar çok ince ve ses izolasyonu zayıftı.

Rustic meets modern.Big, charming and efficient!

Pros: What a wonderful apartment! The rainfall shower was terrific. All the bells and whistles with great water pressure. Ro sent pictures via what's app to ensure our check-in was smooth. Free parking was on the square right behind the building. The terrace was charming and private! A win!

Cons: Nothing to report. The property was as advertised. Just don't know why single beds pushed together are considered a quee n or a king....

Best value for price, comfortable, large and clean

Pros: One of the best apartments I ever booked value for price wise. Large apartment with very large private terrace nicely decorated. Friendly communicative host. From Xativa u take the train and arrive after 3 stations. There are vending machines nearby if u want to buy something late at night. Functional air conditioning. I totally recommend this apartment for a comfortable and clean stay in Valencia

Cons: Nothing really. Maybe a bit more cleaning on the terrace floor needed.

Lovely place to stay in the heart of Catarroha!

Pros: Top location, with easy free parking nearby. The apartment was spacious. Very comfortable beds and sofa. Had everything needed for our stay. Lovely thick lids on the windows, so we could sleep without the noises from the city center disturbing us in the morning. The host gave us a quick response and good tips for getting around. Catarroha is 15min drive from Oceanogràfic, which was our main goal, and is really cheaper than staying in Valencia.

Cons: I guess the terrace advertised is accessible only for rooms A and/or C. We would really enjoy it with drinks at night.

Pros: It was quite ok, just the kitchen and bathroom were quite worn out.

Pros: Very caring owner. We stayed in this apartment for 1 night before our flight. And it turned out to be the night of a terrible flood (( The host warned us about the danger and was worried about our health the next day. We lost our car and all our things but we are glad that we are safe thanks to the warning from the owner of the apartment.

Great apartment for families

Pros: Very central. Nice street views. Well equipped kitchen.

Cosy, spacious and quiet apartment with a big terrace in the town centre

Pros: Nice apartment on the main street in the town, easy to get to, public parking right next to it for 0.50 euro/night (8pm-9am). All windows overlook a large private terrace, so it's quiet. Cafes under the house. The apartment is clean and quite well-equipped, although not modern, which may not suit everyone (we liked it). Nice contact with the owner, everything on time and without any problems. We had a peaceful night, thank you :)

Cons: The smell in the bathroom was a bit disturbing, but we are aware that it is an old tenement house. For those traveling with large luggage - please note that there are steep stairs leading to the apartment, which is a difficulty with a large suitcase.

Pros: Wonderful experience, excellent location, fantastic apartment with all amenities. Recommend to family and friends.
