Pros: Being greeted by the owner Andres, the apartment is spacious. Andres provided great insight to the local neighbourhood and ease of transport to the main part of the city as well stops on places to visit and eat
Cons: The hot water is temperature limited

Pros: Nice place, spacious, nice balcony for our company. Loved the kitchen and the fact they had Moca. Our host was amazing, he gave us all best places to visit and its sad it was raining heavily during our stay and we couldnt make it to all the places. Apartment is spacious. Shower is great. 2 bathrooms make it very convenient for larger group to get ready.

Pros: Great apartment. We are a family from a variety of places and this was a wonderful flexible space for us
Cons: The renovations around the railway station were awful. Satnav not coping. Absolutely not the fault of the owner, but was a big issue on many occasions. On saying that, I'm sure valencia will be better once the renovations are done!

Happy days
Pros: Andres is a very friendly man. His English is not great but better than my spanish ;) so we worked it out just fine using an app! The location of the apartment is somewhat in between of the old town and the modern eye, science museum, basically ideal and in and a very safe area (ruzafa) with great restaurants ! Public transport just around the corner and very frequent.
Cons: The AC was somewhat underperforming and needed to be refilled. Otherwise, I guess it was surely above spanish standards.

Pros: Comfortable and good facilities, clean, good Wi-Fi and handy to have a lift to the flat Super market very close and easy to get buses nearby to main attractions Andres was a great host providing all the needed information to enable the stay to go well and smoothly

Hope we can visit again
Pros: The host was perfect - he was out of the city (he wrote us to appologise), but arranged a lady to wait for us. Hope we can meet him next time. Perfect value for money.
Cons: The bath was difficult to operate so the hot water was a problem. A little bit noisy - airplanes and neighbours.

Pros: The accomodatiom was very comfortable and very well equiped and the host was great. Location is also great. The only thing that could be better is the modernity of the flat but other than that, it would be 10 😊

I would recommend
Pros: - good value for money - OK location (you get a feel for the valencian lifestyle in that neighbourhood, and as a bonus the shops and bus stops are quite close) - apartment is big and has all amenities (kitchen, dishwasher, hairdryer, etc.) - 7th floor, with elevator - breakfast, some fruits and juices were provided by the host, Andres, which we thank with this occasion - also he is very friendly and gave us tips and advise about the city - we were impressed by the library and by the audio CD collection - and last, not to forget, the apt. has two bathrooms (very handy as we were a larger group)
Cons: - beds are super-soft - the audio player wasn't working (somehow not being able to read CDs), so we missed out on some good music - some of the furniture seemed dated - walls are a bit thin, so you can hear the neighbors talking sometimes (but they respected the usual quiet hours)
