Pros: Comfortable modern and well appointed 1st floor apartment. Handy to metro & buses. Great communication. Highly recommended.

A great little apartment from which to base yourself to explore the city of Valencia and beyond.

Pros: The location was very handy for public transport (tram and bus). It was in a down-to-earth part of the city, some people might find it a bit run-down but we liked it. The people were friendly, especially in the bar downstairs and there were many small independent shops and bakeries, which we loved. The apartment itself is perfect for up to a family of four. There were nice little touches and it had a homely feel. The kitchen is fine. The only thing missing was a coffee maker - even a cafettiera would have been useful. A good base to explore the city from without being too close the the hectic centre.

Cons: Not much to say - it was just what we needed. Perhaps an alternative way to get keys rather than via a phone number, in case you run out of charge or have other phone problems - I was unable to call a Spanish number from my UK mobile so that was a little problematic, but the hosts responded to a WhatsApp immediately and sorted this for us. We gained entry and were able to collect keys from inside. A minor issue really.

Great location for beach and city centre

Pros: Great location, well connected by tram and buses to the centre and the beach. Large supermarket in easy 5 minute walk.

Cons: A bit noisy at night. Lack of aircon in bedrooms (large fans instead).

Bien, pero frío en invierno

Pros: El apartamento estaba muy limpio. Las camas eran cómodas. Tiene una cafetería muy agradable enfrente.

Cons: Es un apartamento sin radiadores. En invierno dependes de encender el aire, por lo que la casa está en general fría. Los aires dan bien calor eso sí. Por otro lado, se escucha al vecino. Afortunadamente no hizo mucho ruido.

Perfetta

Pros: La casa era pulita, accogliente e davvero ben fornita di tutto il necessario e anche più. È organizzata in modo perfetto e non manca niente. Inoltre, la padrona di casa è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Se dovessi tornare a Valencia sicuramente ritornerei in questa casa.

Pros: El apartamento muy bonito aunque solo teníamos aire acondicionado en el comedor . ..edtaban esperando al técnico que no vino pero bueno

Un séjour magnifique proche de la plage

Pros: Un appartement avec une super situation, à deux pas du métro. En face il y a une super boulangerie et juste en bas de l'immeuble un resto excellent. Il y a des commerces à proximité. à 10min en métro du centre ville.

Cons: Malheureusement un voisin super brouillant, mais c'est pas leurs faute

Pros: Квартира розташована в тихому районі. Добиратись до центра було зручно але трохи задовго (30-40 хв). До моря так само десь 30 хв транспортом. Загалом квартира сподобалась, у ній є все для комфортного проживання 4-х людей. Є кухня, приємним сюрпризом були фрукти і кекси які нам лишили господарі. Є фен, праска, телевізор, кондиціонер, мікрохвильова піч, плита та холодильник.

Cons: Єдиним мінусом був шум вночі від якогось чи то генератора чи то котла, але він був не надто гучним. Також погано працював замок у ванній кімнаті.

Pros: Los dueños son un encanto, muy atentos y amables. El piso muy bonito, con todos los detalles y muy comodo. Muy recomendable

Fabulosa estancia

Pros: El apartamento está súper limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, incluido toallas y esterillas y bolsa para la playa. Además, teníamos pan Bimbo, magdalenas, leche, café, etc, para desayunar, todo un detalle, la verdad. Juanjo fue super amable y nos atendió estupendamente tanto por los mensajes de Booking como por teléfono. Además, en la calle de enfrente hay una panadería con unos fartons y unos pasteles de calabaza exquisitos. También hay un par de fruterías y un bazar. Súper cerca de la parada de metro que te lleva al barrio de Ruzafa, muy cerca del centro (10-15 min andando). También cerca de aparcabicis con bicis municipales que se alquilan por 4€ al día, ideal para ir a la playa, por ejemplo. Sin duda, para recomendar a otros y repetir estancia.

Cons: El sistema de apertura de puertas es cómodo, aunque requiere tener batería en el movil, eso puede llegar a ser un problema, sin embargo, nos dejó autorizar dos números, ya que llegábamos en horas distintas. Por aportar algo, quizá sería cómodo tener una lamparita en la habitación pequeña, para poder leer por la noche sin necesidad de tener tanta luz.
