El Coso

Great beachfront stay and outstanding service, but mind the soundproofing

Pros: My stay at Hotel El Coso on a half-board basis was an excellent experience, marked above all by the quality of the gastronomy and the top-notch service. The breakfast and other meals were fantastic, offering a huge variety of choices that exceeded expectations. I would like to highlight the extreme professionalism of the entire team, with a special mention to Ramon for his attentiveness and constant dedication during my meals. The privileged location, with its immediate proximity to the beach and stunning views, was another very positive highlight. Furthermore, the room was always in immaculate condition due to the rigorous cleaning carried out daily.

Cons: Regarding the less positive aspects, the quality of rest fell short of expectations because the mattress was not very comfortable. Additionally, the soundproofing of the room is not the best, as activity from other rooms and guests moving in the corridors can be heard. These are certainly points to be improved to enhance the comfort of the stay.

Pros: Absolutely amazing view from room. Plenty of space.

Cons: Couldn't use bath as plug let water out, hotel informed. Noise from a very loud late night disco.

Great stay st El Coso

Pros: The location is superb, right on the beach. The apartment was clean, spacious and had all the basic amenities. I'm glad I've booked with El Coso, would definitely do it again.

Great location

Pros: Location is great. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Good transportation links into town.

Excellent location, spotless and refreshing rooms, and a warm, welcoming staff.

Pros: The location was absolutely fantastic—right across from the beach! 🏖️ The staff were exceptional, especially Mariana from housekeeping, the receptionist, and our waitress Neil. They were always cheerful, helpful, and made us feel truly special. Excellent service all around—thank you! The breakfast was generous and had everything we needed. Rooms were clean, well-organized, and the towels were changed daily. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Pros: Location is great! Amazing beach! Beautiful restaurant that is often fully booked, so book the seats in advance. Clean and spacious rooms.

Cons: A little smell of some chemicals in the toilets, but not disturbing

Great city location, with all the upsides and downsides that go with that!

Pros: The room was comfortable and very spacious. Although we couldn't get the heating to work, the staff sorted it for us. The dinner was excellent, the breakfast only average.

Cons: Driving to the location was a bit hairy, and when we arrived there was a works Christmas party going on. So it was all a bit chaotic, but the staff were very helpful and friendly. Because of the party, the parking arrangements weren't as simple as we expected. but it all worked out in the end. At night there was a night club with audibly loud music (400 metres approx distance) that went on until 3.30a.m. Not the hotel's fault, but something to bear in mind for light sleepers!
