Cosy, quiet apartment

Pros: Very nice, cosy apartment. Mostly everything as you see on the photos. The street, where the apartment is located, is very quiet. Close to the beach, shops. Bed is very comfortable, air-conditioning working well. Towels and sheets provided. There was also soap, some shampoo, a roll of toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, some dishwasher cubes. The kitchen is equipped with kettle, toaster and coffee maker. No problem with arriving after check-in hours.

Cons: The kitchen is not fully equipped. I would expect some cups/mugs, but there were only glasses. There was no cutting board.

My main propose for this visit was to work and then relax, I found the sofa very uncomfortable.

Pros: The apartment was ideal if you are looking to be close to the beach, however you are nearly an hour away from Valencia. You will need to get a train and then 40min bus ride to the apartment.

Cons: Due to it being a new set up, it was missing some basic items, such as a bin for main living area, cups/mugs for you hot drinks, dust pan/brush. Their was a hoover but not charger. I travel to València roughly 4times as year, but not to this area, it’s a bit far out from Valencia it self. On arrival there was no welcome book, to explain where things are such as super market, gym, bus or train station. Also no water left in fridge for your arrival , being that it’s was 30’c when I arrived. The apartment was clean on arrival, however their was a smell of waste/drain. On my last day, I thought I would be kind of me to place all dirty bedding nicely for the cleaners, and when taking covers off, there were yellow sweat marks on the pillow protection covers. Which did smell damp. Also the electric/power would cut out, this happened several times, I contacted the owner who stated this was normal, and he talked through how to turn it back on from the fuse switch board, my main concern when returning back to the apartment when out for the day, was my food in the fridge would go bad. However I was told this usually happens with the power, as protection with the electric power point. The sofa/bed in the lounge/kitchen area is nice to look at, however it is so uncomfortable to sit on, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to be able to sleep on it.

Pros: La ubicación es muy cómoda , el departamento tiene todo lo necesario y la anfitriona muy atenta, viajo muy seguido a puerto y siempre trato de hospedarme aquí!

Great little gem in a beautiful town near Valencia

Pros: The house is so warm and beachy, you immediately feel like you’re on vacation. The place is bright, clean and comfortable. The staff was sweet and the location is quite yet near several restaurants and a beautiful promenade and beach.

Cons: Just some basic things missing- I had to buy sugar laundry detergent, coffee and there are no cleaning products. But the location is convenient near many supermarkets

Pros: Kleine gemütliche Wohnung für die Oma. Alles vorhanden!

Cons: Etwas Rauchgeruch. Sonst alles gut.

Perfecto para una escapada de fin de semana

Pros: Bien ubicado, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar un fin de semana en pareja. La zona es muy tranquila y se puede aparcar gratis en los alrededores. El piso tiene buen aire acondicionado y ventilador. Está a 5 minutos andando de la playa

Cons: Las sábanas estaban manchadas y quemadas, las toallas olían mal y el resto de menaje textil se notaba que no se lavaba desde hace mucho tiempo. Recomiendo llevarte tus propias sábanas y toallas. La alcachofa de la ducha no funciona bien.

Pros: Lo que más la buena ubicación de la estancia, tanto de la playa como de los establecimientos de comida. El alojamiento es perfecto para dos personas, además de la limpieza y de todo lo necesario en el mismo para pasar unos días muy agradables y de desconexión.

Cons: Todo perfecto, nada que destacar.

Apartamento muy coqueto y agradable

Pros: Me gustó mucho la ubicación, la limpieza, la tranquilidad y sobre todo la atención por parte de la dueña Alina, me atendió muy agradable y amable.

Cons: Todo estuvo perfecto.

Pros: Все сподобалось!!!!!! Затишно, чисто, прохолодно, близько до пляжу! Ринок, супермаркет, магазинчики, зупинка автобусна - все поруч! Приїхали дуже пізно, получили повідомлення як зайти в апартаменти. Дівчинка, яка була з нами на зв'язку 24/7 дуже ввічлива, чемна, добра, уважна!!! Обов'язково приїдемо ще на відпочинок до вас!!! Рекомендую!!!
