Pros: Clean, helpful friendly staff, great sized bedrooms and good value for money

Cons: A few more tea bags coffee in room, had kettle but no milk and one tea bag

Clean and new little hotel

Pros: We booked a room with a city view and we’re happy with our choice: the room was very spacious and full of light. The night lighting was also very pleasant (warm light). Everything looked new, tidy and clean. The view was also nice - from the balcony you could see the port. The location is great if you would like to be near the beach. There are direct buses (95) going to the Art/Science center from the Neptu tram/bus stop which is located near the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady in glasses at the reception.

Cons: It’s quite a long commute to get to the city center,around 40 min by public transport (tram + subway)

Excellent, small, modern hotel by the sea

Pros: Beautifully designed modern hotel. Very comfortable room and lovely, generous breakfast. A lot of thought has been put into the details, such as the ceramic and carved wood artwork. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. I thought it was a 4-star hotel until I noticed the 3-star plaque when I was leaving

Cons: It was great all round.

A lovely relaxing stay by the beach in Valencia

Pros: Great location overlooking the beach, stylish clean room, excellent breakfast, friendly staff

Cons: We would have liked a coffee machine in our room.

We felt relaxed with good easy access to the beach and evening meal restaurant choices

Pros: The hotel was clean. We had a beach view which was exceptional. Breakfast was good with choice of hot fresh cooked meals or col buffet

Pros: The staff were exceptional. Very helpful and kind. The location is great! Good bar with rooftop view.

Cons: No coffee in the room- if there was I never had it. IF there was, it was instant - bit I rush see any packets- only tea.

Pros: Wonderful location right by the beach. Beautiful view, spacious room, very clean. Good, fresh breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch. There is some noise from the beach club at night, but with windows closed it's not an issue. The rooftop terrace bar is worth visiting in the evening.

A little gem on the beach.

Pros: The hotel's in a great location near to the beach so you get a real holiday vibe if you go out front, but out back you can head into the winding streets and explore the vibrant locals' bars and restaurants too. We loved the upstairs terrace for relaxing and reading in the mornings. A special shout out to the red haired receptionist with glasses (I'm so sorry you weren't there on checkout for us to ask your name!) who was super-friendly and helpful with advice about visiting central Valencia, and couldn't have gone to more trouble when I was landed with an unexpected work project while away. She found me a quiet conference room to write in and was a credit to the hotel.

Cons: The breakfast options were a little disappointing compared to many other places we'e stayed at, and breakfast staff weren't always the friendliest. We enjoyed having breakfast on the outdoor terrace.
