PENTHOUSE on the BEACH

Big apartment in excellent location

Pros: Huge apartment in a good location near to the supermarket, beach, and trams to get into the centre of Valencia. Bed in main bedroom was huge and very comfortable. Terrace was great. Having a washing machine was useful. Very clean apartment. Kitchen well equipped.

Cons: Hot water in shower in largest bathroom didn’t work. Was fine in the smaller one. Requested a cot for the baby but this wasn’t provided. Entry on arrival is via a link to an electronic lock. It didn’t work. Had to call Sergio who was quite rude and said we should’ve read the instructions prior to arriving. We had. The lock wasn’t working. He checked and we’d tried it 12 times. So then he tried to say we weren’t listening for the click to show it was open. Probably because he didn’t want to have to come out to let us in. Luckily a resident was entering with his key and let us in so we were able to get up to the apartment and collect the key from the key safe by the door.

Fantastic luxury appartmenf

Pros: Great location. Nearby shops. Wonderful local beach with lots of bars. Also easy bus access to the city centre. Fabulously decorated apartment,very clean and spacious. It was great to be able to eat as a family on a proper sized table inside or outside. Really comfortable beds and a great sofa for relaxing at the end of the day.

CUTE

Pros: I liked the Terrance and how clean the place was and big!

Cons: The only thing was the hot water while showering. Sometimes it was getting cold again while showering and had to wait a while before receiving hot water again! I think the boiler was kit working properly

Pros: Big spacious apartment, with balcony, 8 min walk to the beach, supermarket (Mercadona) 2 min away very well stocked with everything you might need, plenty of local shops and pharmacies around also. Good connection to metro and bus service if you are looking to visit the main attraction.

Beautiful roof top!

Pros: The appartment was well stocked, nicely decorated and has a beautiful roof terrace. Really appreciated the washing machine! Well connected with public transportation. Awesome bed. in master bedroom. Contact was always quick to resch and very friendly.

Cons: For people Not as familiar with Spain, it would be nice to have some Information leaflet with e.g. where to deposit the trash, tips for restaurants or else. But this is just the icing on the cake😊

Great option for families or two couples to share a wonderful accommodation with enough room for privacy.

Pros: Very spacious penthouse with nice finishing on the interior all around, all the necessary household equipment is available as well to actually mimic your home away from home.

Definitely recommend to travellers with families.

Pros: Very spacious and cosy, fully equiped, clean, everything we needed was there including two bathrooms;). Perfect location, close to the beach and public transport. Shop for groceries very close too. Great system with taking over the keys and communication with the owner, which we appreciated due to our late checkin.

Good stay

Pros: The appartement was very nice especially the balcony. Nice rooms , fresh even with the summer temperatures

Cons: The taxi that took us to the location told us that the neighbourhood wasn’t safe… but we didn’t have any kind of problem . Also there were a lot of taxi problems on the whole city to have taxis

Perfect

Pros: Beautiful apartment only a few minutes walk from the beach, Sergio was extremely helpful allowing us to drop off bags early as we arrived in the morning, definitely recommend!

Cosas que mejorar

Pros: El apartamento es miy amplio y tiene todo lo que se necesita. Lo mejor es que tiene lavadora. El barrio no me gusto mucho.

Cons: Nos dejaron 1 toalla grande y 1 toalla pequeña por persona para 8 dias. A mi opinion es muy poco. En la television los canales no estan programados, solo se ve TVE.
