Malvarrosa Beach

Great apartment in a great location if you’re looking for a beach trip. Overall very satisfied with our stay :)

Pros: Really good value for the money we payed. Location is excellent, 5 minutes walking to the beach and less than half an hour from the centre using public transportation. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. A lot of spare linen and towels, we weren’t expecting it so it was nice. Exactly like the photos or maybe even better. Had air conditioning which was necessary for the heat in Valencia.

Cons: Some things in the apartment weren’t entirely clean and the toaster didn’t work. But overall the property was great.

Pros: Loved the location and the apartment itself was really cute

Cons: Some essentials missing like hand soap, but with the shop just downstairs it was easily fixed

Pros: Very well equiped apartment. Had everything You need, it wasn't a 5 star hotel but I didnt't expect that. Close to the beach and shops, good comunication with the city center

Pros: Wszechstronność. Duże otwarte mieszkanie. Balkon również na plus

Cons: Obiekt jest powoli po sezonie wakacyjnym i wydaje się trochę zmęczony sezonem. Zacieki w łazience zmęczona czarna kanapa w salonie. To są drobne rzeczy które nie są uciążliwe. Drzwi balkonowe problematycznie się zamykały

Perfecto para grupos de 3

Pros: Piso muy grande éramos un grupo de 3 y cada uno tenía su proprio cuarto lo que es muy difícil encontrar cuando alquilas un piso. Tenía todas las comodidades de cocina,baño. Nos gustó mucho el self check in super sencillo. Está a 5 min de la playa y pasa un autobús justo debajo del piso para ir al centro y a las zonas de interés. Un gracias también a los que gestionan el apartamento, súper disponibles en cualquier momento

Cons: A pesar de que haya bus para en centro sigue siendo un poco lejos pero lo recomiendo a quien viaja en coche ya que sería más sencillo moverse. En la habitación con balcón se escuchaba ruido de la calle pero en las demás no

Pros: Die Lage war super, man hat direkt vor der Tür einen großen Supermarkt und 2 kleine Kioske, super Busanbindung vor der Tür der dich überall hinbringt und nur 5-6 Gehminuten zum schönsten Strand Valencias Playa de Malvarossa.

Cons: Sehr hellhörig wenn man im Zimmer neben dem Eingang schläft, hört man jeden Schritt, jedes Gespräch im Treppenhaus.
