Valencia Luxury - Sea Port I

Pros: Well located if you want to be walking distance to the centre and the beach. Also well connected with public transport, many shops and cafes in the neighbourhood. Apartment is comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Quick responses from the mgmt company. Luggage storage is nearby if needed.

Cons: Some dishes were dirty so had to wash them before using. Not a fan of taking the trash out at the check out.

Nice place and good location

Pros: Nice location between port and city center. Around 20min walk to go to city of science.

Cons: A lot of mosquitoes in the bedroom and inconsistent hot water.

Pros: It’s modern, urban & clean the location from the property is really good, there was a supermarket right next to the apartment & the Staff was really friendly & helpful

Cons: There are many Mosquito especially nights if you leave the windows open, but I think its like in every apartment in Valencia

Pros: The room was clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Nice possibility to go on the roof terrace, beautiful view on the city. I liked the location, nere to the Turia and la Ciudad de las Artes and albo to the beach. Very quick contact with the staff.

Pros: Very close to the most beautiful park and all the necessary facilities are close by, such as shops, restaurants, pharmacies, public transport and others. The apartment itself is very good, the bedroom is also very comfortable and equipped with all the necessary equipment.

Cons: The apartment was promoted as a terrace apartment and the first photo was of the terrace , Which left the impression that this terrace was part of the apartment itself . It turned out that the terrace is shared and not on the same floor where we were staying. I would like it to be correctly and clearly mentioned in the statement for the customers .

Pros: The quality of the facilities and general decoration of the room.

Cons: The deposit amount and how long it took to come back.

Cons: Toilet is broken it’s working but it’s good to fix it

Cozy apartment with all what you need inside

Pros: Cozy apartment with all what you need inside. Very stylish, good located. It is easy to commute either to city center or to the beach. Lot of local cafes and restaurants only 5 min walk from the house. Metro Station 7 min away. 2 min to nearest supermarket.

I appreciated my first vacation in Vencia, this apartment has been a set factor fory vacation

Pros: Absolutely warmly suggested. Very good building, top feature of the apartment. Well positioned 25in walking from the beach. Close to Mercadona e one very well equipped gym.

Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Overall it was a great stay, good location between the beach and the city!

Pros: there were some very nice and cute cafes in the surrounding areas, we thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the sun in the mornings having breakfast close to the apartment
