Apartment near Arts & Science

Pros: The apartament is located perfectly. Walkable to the beach and to the city too! The owner is incredibly friendly and gave us great recommendations for Valencia. We will def come back if we're ever in Valencia again!

Pros: Wonderful experience - the apartment is clean and very pretty, has everything needed, very well located and secure. We also had a special occasion with our arrival, and the host was very helpful and friendly with helping us. Highly recommended!

Excellent facilities and location!

Pros: The apartment is very spacious and with all facilities, including air conditioning in all the rooms which is great for the weather in Valencia. The person who did our check in was excellent, very welcoming and helpful! The location is very good, close to various options of transport to the beach, the city center and touristic areas, although it’s also walking distance. “A must” if you are planning your holidays ( very reasonable price too ☺️)

Pros: Everything was great. The owner is so kind, location is great, market is across the street.

Super host, excellent location, good value for money!

Pros: The host met us and explained all about the appartment and closest public transpost and sightseeing spots.

Cons: The pressure of the water was very weak, took very long to take shower. The floor was also not very clean. On the other side - the pillows were the most comfortable ones we had ever tried.

Pros: The apartment is at a good location, the metro to the airport and the buses to the old town and the beach is close. It is 15 minutes walk to the Oceonagrafic, 20 minutes walk to the beach. The host was very firendly and helpfull, he gave good suggestions to visiting the town. The flat was comfortable for a family, supermarket is very close. Highly recommend!

Cutte little appartment with everything needed

Pros: The appartment lokks just like in pictures, well situated close to the metro station, in a good neighborhood with all kind of stores, big supermarket across the street, clean and well maintained by Tomas who's a very kind and trusted host. We have been there for a couple of days and felt really really good. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Amazing spacious apartment close to beach

Pros: Amazing apartment with all the amenities. Very kind hearted owner. We were 2 couples who stayed there . Spacious apartment.

Pros: The app was very clean. It has 3 AC's and they work really well. We liked the hospitality and the kindness of the owners. There is a big fridge with a lot of storage. The shower is very spacious and modern. It is 15 min walk to Oceanografic and metro Ayora, 25 min walk to the beach. The buiding has an elevator.
