Pros: Excellent location, walkable distance to everything except Bioparc.Few supermarkets around and cafe.Nice neighborhood.Appartment is nice and clean and in aplication for entrance you have guide for everything.

Good value for the money, spacious and well equipped propriety with a very good communication with the managers.

Pros: The propriety is well equipped, has all the amnesties mentioned in the description, it is very close to the transportation stations and groceries. The communication with the propriety managers was very good

Cons: The surrounding noise and we are light sleepers (and I want to explain it. We have small kids, that we put to bed early. Near the apartament was a science school and you could hear the chairs moving. Also during the nigh you could hear the water running through the pipes. It is not the propriety fault but it would have be great if it would have been a little quieter.

A clean and convenient apartment in an excellent location

Pros: The apartment was very clean, in a great location, and well equipped for a comfortable stay.

Cons: We didn’t like the beds as much the mattress wasn’t very comfortable

Pros: The flat is great for a short stay for a solo traveller or a couple. The flat was very clean and the support customer services was very efficient when needed.

Pros: The photos correspond to the flat. Store, bus station are near. One bus to go to the city center or the beach of Valencia. Bathroom, kitchen,bedroom, salon are confortable

Cons: The pillow in the sofa need to be washed, and not having a vaccuum

Pros: Everything was great except the bathroom. Overall it's an excellent place in a good location.

Cons: The bathroom needs improvement and basic repair. The toilet is shaking, the sink has problems with water flow, the shower top is falling out of the wall, and the lack of the shower door leads to the wet floor in the bathroom. Also, the staircase to the upper level makes noise, some steps are not secured.

I definitely recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay in Valencia.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Valencia. The place was nicely decorated, very clean, and easy to find and access. Parking was easy to find. Short walk to the park, playgrounds, restaurants and supermarkets.

Cons: The only downside for us was that the curtains didn’t fully block out the light in the morning. But overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay!

Pros: Exemplary contact with the host! Detailed access instructions way before arrival. Internet access clear and easy info. Clean and very cozy apartment. Exceeded my expectation. Excellent location. Would highly recommend!
