Good Apartment. Clean Rooms. Good Location.

Pros: - The Location is very good. Very close to metro and bus stops. - The apartment was very clean and in good condition. Very well maintained. - The apartment has all the basic amenities required. - The locking system is through app so requires no keys.

Cons: - This is specifically not related to the apartment but mainly related to management/host. The back story is that I booked my apartment initially for 3nights Sat(Check-in)- Tue(Check-out). But due to flights issue I wanted to change dates to Sun(Check-in)- Wed(Check-out). Booking.com did show the availability, so I raised request for date change which was rejected. But it was strange that the owner allowed for date extension but did not allow date change. So eventually I had to extend my stay to Sat(Check-in)- Wed(Check-out). As the apartment was available I really wish that owner should have been a bit flexible on date change.

Good apartment does the job

Pros: Nice little apartment had everything you would need

Cons: Needed to buy extra toilet paper and clothes detergent, one cupboard was slightly broken. The app to open the door was also sometimes a bit slow and wouldn't work well on one of our phones.

Pros: Excellent accommodation. Very clean. Close to stations.

Pros: apartment is well equipped, you have everything that you need (even with the kid). clean, new, location is good (not too touristic, but walkable distance to Oceanographic..), good connection with the downtown (bus, about 15 minutes).

Cons: we didnt have problem with application for door lock/unlock, but you must have internet when you are arriving. (you need to be connected to the internet to open the apartment door). we had a little difficulty storing our suitcases after leaving the apartment. we were told we could drop off at their nearby hotel, and while an uber was waiting for me outside to drop off my bags - there was absolutely no one at the front desk at the hotel. made phone calls and sent messages - no feedback. I had to go around the whole hotel to find someone.

Pros: Apartment was new and clean in a great location - close to the metro (10 minutes) and bus stop.

If you stay you won’t regret

Pros: Great location. Close to metro and bus stations. Walkable distance to Aquarium. You get out of the apartment and you are in a little park.

Pros: Everything was clean and new. Very good location for transport and shops Good communication Enough space and comfy beds The apartments are located at bottom floor, you get inside right from the street

Cons: It is more like a recommandation Bathroom toiletries could be improved Boeing close to the main road and a small park it tend to be noisy even tho it had good isolation

Clean apartment close to the city centre.

Pros: The communication was really good with the owner, the apartment was very clean. With everything you needed for a few nights. Hiring bikes locally to get around the city was very easy, plenty of supermarkets close by. Plenty of bars and restaurants about a 15 minute walk away. The apartment was about a 25 minute walk to the city centre. Would definitely stay again... Nice quiet area at night.

Cons: The bathroom door was very hard to open and close.

Great place to explore Valencia

Pros: Great location to explore Valencia. Apartment is new with all the facilities you may need including very big bathroom. Application to open/lock the doors worked very well for us.

Cons: I knew before my stay that the apartment was originally designed as a service facility, but it was still a bit hard to get used to. I've noticed this is common in Valencia. Despite that, I strongly recommend this apartment.

Pros: It’s really nice to stay here. It’s a place a bit far from the center. More like an area where locals are leaving. It’s a bit more quite and relaxed. The are is super good connected to the center and the beach. We had an amazing stay. Only little downside was that we couldn’t drop our luggage as promised which is in general not a problem but the lack of communication was a bit upsetting. But all in all super cool place. It’s an apartment on the groundfloor. One step outside the door and we were on the street. Really clean.
