Great place to stay!
Pros: Great apartment - very spacious, very clean, great location, close to supermarket, close to the beach! Very nice and friendly and helping host! We had a great stay and we would come back here with pleasure!!

Spacious apartment near the Malva rosa beach
Pros: Big apartment, big shared spaces, clean, very friendly host.
Cons: Small bed (narrow) in the first bedroom for 2, only 1 bathroom (for 7 people), the street is not exactly the most trusting one.

Pros: It was really a family friendly apartment with a massive space. Groceries nearby and the beach also nearby though that time wasn't so good for beach due to the weather. Generally, I would recommend for anyone.

Pros: The apartment is very close to the bach, which was lovely, but transportation to other attractions wasn't easy as a family. The apartment is spacious and clean, and there were some toys and card games for the kids to play, and the host is very, very nice and helpful. There is a supermarket 2 min walk (closed on Sundays). The dishwasher wasn't working very well, and the first night was very noisy because of the neighbours upstairs. All the neiberhood is now under massive construction, which was frustrating.

Pros: Clean, nice and tidy! Fully equipped for the big family! Good located. Close to Mercadonna and Malvarosa beach. Behind a corner you have a big public parking.
Cons: All was Good! To get to the Centre it's good to have a rental car. But even by public transport it's takes around half an hour.

Brilliant beach location and nearby shops
Pros: Modern and very clean, everything you need, late check it was accommodated which was appreciated.
Cons: Some rooms needed decorating and only one bathroom.

Excellent, comfortable, clean
Pros: Our host greeted us with the keys and gave a full tour even though we got in late on a Sunday night. Beautiful apartment and so close to beach and transport. Very clean, comfy beds and friendly neighbours. Also plenty of air conditioning. Tea and coffee supplied, plenty of kitchen utensils to cook your own food. Couldn’t recommend more.
Cons: Wouldn’t have changed a thing.

Great value per money, excellent host, and very close to the beach
Pros: If you are going to Valencia for the beach, the flat is perfect. The flat is just as described, has all sorts of amenities (washing machine, oven, gas hob, coffeemaker, kettle, cutlery), excellent wifi, comfy beds, and lovely host, who welcomed us and showed us around. There were clean towels and bed linen for us. The balcony is rather small, can fit two people, but no more than that. It's good for drying towels and beachwear though!
Cons: Although the flat is super close to the beach, which is why we chose it, the area is slightly dodgy, there were a few homeless people sleeping outside, and it's very residential. The flat tends to get a bit of a damp smell, even when we left all windows open to air and the vent in the bathroom was on.

loved our stay here, very relaxing
Pros: spaciousness for family of 4 was fantastic. immaculately clean, lots of condiments, nice little balcony. Short 4 min walk to beach, 15mins stroll to marina and nice restaurants, 2 mins to big supermarket, 1 block to bus stop. we enjoyed our time here, very relaxing and fantastic early summer weather for us!!!😊
