Pros: Everything was perfect. Bustop 300 yds and was 2 euro into city center. Two good supermarkets less than 5 minute walk. Long promenade within 4 or 5 minute walk with a number of resturants. Apartment had two deck chairs which we carried to the beach
Cons: No sea view and no balcony as balcony was enclosed with windows

The location and hospitality made our trip comfortable and convenient.
Pros: The apartments are fully equipped with everything you might need (like garbage bags, paper towels, all cleaning supplies (including dishwasher capsules), shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, cotton pads, hair dryer, iron, toaster, sun umbrella, beach towels, coffee capsules, salt, sunflower oil etc) There are also a ball and beach toys for kids. (Especial big thank from our kids for the ball ;)) The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Perfect location, just a short 3 min walk to the beach and close (1-3min) to buses and the metro (8min). Mercadona and Consum supermarkets are only 2 minutes away, Fruit shop on the corner. A lot of restaurants and bars around. Lovely communication and very nice staff.
Cons: However, the apartments are a bit old and tired (some wooden doors are swollen from water, the furniture is outdated, and there is some mold in the bathrooms. Kitchen pots and pans could also use an update. In addition, the apartment is not soundproof at all (in the living room you can hear everything happening outside, as well as all the noise from the neighbours). Despite these disadvantages, we really enjoyed our week in Valencia and had a pleasant stay in these apartments.

My parents enjoy their staying a lot being so close to the beach.
Pros: The apartment is very close to the beach and has everything you may need: dishwasher, AC, wifi, iron board etc.
Cons: The apartment is very basic in terms of furniture or design.

A comfortable stay with a very nice host
Pros: Very nice host who was very helpful and made our stay extremely comfortable for us. The apartment is spacious, clean and adequately equipped. It is located very close to bus stops, a grocery store (Mercadona) restaurants and just a few steps from the beach. The apartment has air conditioning, and the bedrooms also have fans and heaters for colder days. I highly recommend this place. Thank you very much for the possibility of early check-in and later check-out! :)

Pros: The apartment being equipped with everything you needed for a stay, from a beach umbrella up to the dishwasher and aloe vera aftersun cream. The location was 5 min walking distance to the Malvarosa beach.
Cons: Ocassional noise made by the running kids in the apartment upstairs.

Good value accomodation, good location.
Pros: Close to the beach, 5 min walk. Easy to get into town (once you get to know where are the bus stops. Due to Fallas festival, the buses operated on a detour line) The house was spacious.
Cons: Not the most modern house.

Appartamento confortevole e spazioso
Pros: Appartamento molto spazioso per una famiglia con zona giorno dotata di ampie vetrate e molto luminosa. Cucina ben fornita di elettrodomestici e prodotti per la pulizia. Posizione ottimale per la vicinanza alla spiaggia, alla bike station e a ottimi locali sul lungo spiaggia. Proprietario molto disponibile e cortese.

Wygodne, duże mieszkanie ze wspaniałym właścicielem 😃
Pros: Apartament przestronny i bardzo wygodny, w pełni wyposażony, plus pralka (+ płyn do prania/płukania), zmywarka (+ kapsułki do zmywarki), jak i żel pod prysznic czy szampon. Ręczniki, klimatyzacja, wiatraki, WiFi, zabawki plażowe (wiaderko, foremki, łopaty, piłka, autko). Mieszkanie na 2 piętrze z windą pod same drzwi 😃 Apartament znajduje się bardzo blisko przystanków autobusowych, sklepu spożywczego (Mercadona), warzywniaków, restauracji, pubów czy Tabacos (można doładować kartę SUMA) i zaledwie kilka kroków od dużej plaży Malvarrosa. Właściciel- Miguel, wspaniały, uśmiechnięty i bardzo pomocny gospodarz. Świetny kontakt przez Whatsapp. Gorąco polecam to miejsce!!! Dziękujemy bardzo za możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania oraz za bardzo miły upominek na pożegnanie 😃 Gracias, nos vemos
