Pros: Fantastic spot in the heart of the trendiest part of town. Comfortable and clean, loved having a balcony and cosy sofa. Communication was excellent and check in and check out was smooth and easy. Really great place to stay.

Cons: Bathrooms didn't have locks or proper ventilation and we were unfortunate enough to come at a time of heavy rainfall so the drains stunk up the flat. We countered this by keeping the bathroom doors shut and the little window in the bathroom open but this meant without the lock you didn't know if someone was in the bathroom or not. We experienced a couple power trip outs from using too many appliances at once - this would be avoidable but we were a big group. The other thing was the deposit was much higher than I expected and I'm sure this is mentioned somewhere but it took me by surprise, so be aware of that. I received my deposit back promptly after the stay.

Pros: The apartment was clean and convenient. It is well-equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Pros: The location is so good and the staff were really helpful and quick to response whenever we had a query. It was really handy having a washing machine and a big fridge. The air conditioning was perfect.

Cons: There was only one mirror in the place which is not ideal when 5 girls are getting ready to go out

Pros: the location was great and the property was light and airy with a good amount of space.

Cons: it needs a little touch of paint and the picture showed coffee capsules. it also needed more glasses and a Hoover.

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta, en un barrio con mucho ambiente. Además, el apartamento tenía todo lo necesario y estaba súper bien.

Pros: Unterkunft mitten in Ruzafa, einem tollen Stadtteil von Valencia. Direkt daneben um die Ecke war ein großer Supermarkt. Sehr netter Kontakt beim Checkin.

Cons: Wir hatten leider zwei Kakerlaken im Bad. Eine konnte ich erwischen, die zweite nicht. Die hat sich dann ab und zu mal präsentiert. Scheint aber für die Gegend normal zu sein… Zu wenig Halter für Handtücher. Keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Shampoo etc.

Pros: Locatie in een gezellige wijk op loopafstand van het centrum.

Pros: Locatie was ideaal, propere buurt, heel wat goede restaurants in de buurt, alle belangrijke attracties op wandelafstand of vlot bereikbaar met metro of bus.

Cons: Beetje zuinig op het vlak van handdoeken, vaatwassertabletten, vaatgerei

Pros: La ubicació és excel·lent. Relativament aprop del centre, amb molt ambient, molts llocs per menjar, moltes llibreries i botigues de roba. Molt bon ambient. Els llits són còmodes i a partir de la 1h de la matinada no hi ha soroll al carrer.

Cons: Aparcar només es pot fer en pàrquing privat. Millor arribar en tren que no està gaire lluny.
