Modern clean perfectly located apartment
Pros: Great location in Rafafa. Very clean modern apartment, second bathroom was a luxury. Second bedroom cozy but fine for our grown-up children. Coffee capsules provided, thank you. Management were very helpful and let us have a late checkout. Would definitely stay again. Close to all the bars and restaurants we hardly had to leave the area.
Cons: All good.

Comfy, well-equipped modern apartment in a great location
Pros: Modern, comfortable apartment in a great area of Valencia. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood, and a big supermarket a couple of minutes walk away. Lovely host, Flavia
Cons: Nothing really - we would happily stay again next time we visit Valencia

Loved it!
Pros: Had a great stay here. Open plan living space was functional and comfortable. The large terrace was a great spot to eat breakfast and to have an afternoon drink. There are two bedrooms with black-out shutters, one with a large ensuite the other with an adjacent shower room. Great Wi-Fi. Overall a very well equipped, comfortable, clean apartment. Owner responsive and helpful. Location, 15 mins walk from the old centre, 5 mins walk to Rusafa market, 1 min to a large supermarket, area is full of bars, restaurants, cafes, and boutique shops. Safe residential area with a relaxed vibe. You can drive on the surrounding streets but traffic is extremely light.
Cons: The bed and pillows are a little hard for me. Chatter from the bars and restaurants is noisy at night as the bedrooms face the street.

Appartement in heerlijke wijk. Ruim em van alle gemakken voorzien.
Pros: De locatie, de grootte van het appartement. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Goede bedden, twee fijne badkamers.
Cons: De gehorigheid van straat. In slaapkamers heb je echt wel wat overlast van autos en mensen op straat. Met oordopjes in is het goed te doen. De parkeerplaats die je bij het appartement kunt huren is heel erg krap, onze range rover paste er eigenlijk niet in, garage is niet echt fijn.

Remek elhelyezkedés, minden megtalálható a környéken, pezsgő éjszakai élet.
Pros: Szuper környék, szép lakás, a master bedroom nagyon jó volt.
Cons: Kicsit hangos a környék, a kisebb szoba tényleg inkább csak gyerekeknek való.

sehr empfehlenswert für Familien!
Pros: die Wohnung ist gross. Wir haben 3 kleine Kinder und einen sehr breiten Kinderwagen (Twins)und haben uns was die Grösse anbelangt sehr wohl gefühlt. In den Kommentaren wird oft die Lautstärke erwähnt, also man hört schon was aber es war wirklich gar kein Problem, die Kinder konnten problemlos schlafen. Die Wohnung ist barrierefrei. Der Standort super da man mit Kindern nicht unbedingt jeden Abend weit laufen möchte sondern man war innerhalb wenigen Minuten in einem Restaurant - riesen Auswahl!
Cons: zB wäre ein Ersatz der Pfanne sinnvoll😀 mehr Badtüchter (iB wenn man zu fünft da ist)

Pros: La ubicación céntrico. El estilo de decoración moderno y funcional con todo tipo de detalles.
Cons: Por decir algo, la cafetera de cápsulas que está muy baja en lugar de la encimera. Bueno , en la dirección pone Sueca ,22 y es 44 pero llegamos.

Heerlijk, ruim goed geoutilleerd appartement met groot terras.
Pros: De ligging is temidden van het bruisende stadsdeel Ruzafa. Ideaal!
Cons: De slaapkamers liggen aan de wat gehorige straatkant.
