Pros: Excellent location. Clean, comfortable, spacious, well-equipped apartment.

Excellent stay!

Pros: This apartment is absolutely great! 140m2, three sleeping rooms, one living room, well equipped kitchen, near the city centre, near the shop, near the train station and metro - you don't need anything more to have a great time in Valencia. We spent great time there and I really recommend this place. We will visit it again someday.

Cons: It's not a big deal, but if I had to look for weak points, the internet sometimes failed, and the stream of hot water from the shower head was rather weak. But these are not big things and absolutely do not overshadow its advantages.

Lovely place

Pros: We were 3 couples, who had a room each. The apartment fits perfectly for this. One of the couple went normally at little bit earlier to bed, so they had one side of the apartment with their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen had every equipment that we need during the stay. The balcony was lovely, where we all could sit outside. The apartment is also quite close to both the train station and the start of the center plus the area Russafa is a nice area to find a cafe or just have a walk around. We really enjoyed staying there

Cons: I couldn't always find the WiFi connection (it wasn't between the first 10 suggestions) and it takes some minutes in the shower before the water gets warm

Pros: Nice and clean apartment with terrace at good location close to the central train station, supermarkets and restaurants.

Cons: It was too hot during nights.

Great value

Pros: Great location. Large apartment. Great value for money.

Cons: Key pickup was a 30 minute walk from the apartment but obviously that is mentioned in the listing so not a huge issue Apartment complex staircase was dark and wasn’t sure/ told how to turn on the lights. Fans but no aircon meant it got pretty hot

Pros: Ver helpful staff 😀 Angel went out of his way to assist.

Cons: Having to collect keys at an office away from the accommodation but I am quite lazy.

Very comfortable apartment in a great location

Pros: Apartment was very big and convenient for our group (5 people). 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (both with shower), big balcony. Very clean. Fantastic location, lots of restaurants and shops around. Walking distance to railway station. Big supermarket almost next door. Staff was very friends. All went perfect. Thank you

Pros: Ideal location. Short walk to train station and bull ring and hop on hop off bus stop. Large spacious apartment. Clean and had everything you needed like a bottle opener..

Cons: Old apartment. Tired. It’s probably what you would expecting an old historic city.

Pros: + Fun location. Lot of cute and good restaurants in the area! + All you would need is available. Even some spices to cook. + The balkony (and its view) is fantastic! + Having two bathrooms for the 6 of us was really nice.

Cons: - Some things are a bit unstable (a chair shaking on its legs. A drawerboard in the kitchen. One fan was not working) - For a longer stay i would recommend to get some more towels. One set per person is provided.

Pros: Apartament przestronny i wygodny na 2 piętrze z windą. Do metra i dworca 15 minut piechotą, do centrum (katedra) 25. Przy dość ruchliwej ulicy. Balkon duży. Okolica czysta i schludna. W najbliższym sąsiedztwie dużo marketów, sklepów, restauracji i knajpek. Jako baza do zwiedzania jak najbardziej do polecenia.

Cons: Słabe ciśnienie wody w łazience, woda często zaledwie letnia.
