Brilliant spot for a city break in valencia

Pros: Fantastic apartment right in the middle of one of the most exciting districts in Valencia. Easily and comfortably accommodated 7 adults and one child. Close to the station and city centre. Supermarket a couple of doors away.

Fantastic stay

Pros: Our host was exceptional, went out of his way to help me book a restaurant and responded to any queries. The apartment was very spacious, had a fantastic balcony and in a lovely location surrounded by cafes and restaurants.

Finde con amigas

Pros: El anfitrión es encantador, nos ha dado recomendaciones para un montón de sitios y nos dio facilidades para todo. La ubicación del apartamento esta genial y el barrio tiene mucho ambiente y todos los servicios a mano. La terraza estupenda. Las instalaciones de cocina y baños , están un poco antiguas y por ejemplo, sale poco chorro de agua. Pero suficiente para pasar un finde fenomenal en Valencia, por eso no voy a poner nada malo. :)

Muy recomendable en general

Pros: Anfitriones muy amables y disponibles para cualquier cuestión. Nos han dado muchas facilidades también para la entrada y salida del alojamiento. El apartamento está ubicado en una zona excepcional, con mucho ambiente, restaurantes, bares y tiendas alrededor. Un punto muy fuerte es la terraza, amplia y con bonitas vistas. Muy bien equipado, con secador de pelo, plancha y lavadora.

Cons: El apartamiento en sí tiene mobiliario algo viejo, pero está cuidado, limpio y es cómodo. Únicamente hemos encontrado algunas piezas de cubertería y tazas algo sucias.

Pros: Great neighborhood, and balcony. Accommodated our large group very well. Well equipped with everything we could possibly need.

Cons: One bathroom could use an update, which the owner did say was scheduled.

Pros: Vicente nous a accueilli et a été disponible tout au long de notre séjour. L’appartement correspond parfaitement à la description, emplacement en centre ville, idéal pour les visites. Vicente est une personne très sympathique. Tout était parfait!

Mejor apartamento en todo Valencia, en el corazón de la ciudad!

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta, todo queda cerca y es un barrio vibrante y muy lindo. El apartamento es grande y muy completo. El anfitrión extremadamente amable, nos dejo agua en botellas y también otros objetos para cocinar, me sentí en casa.

Cons: No tengo nada que decir en este aspecto, me gusto todo!

Pros: Lokalizacja jest super. Miejsce tętni życiem prawie całą dobę, dużo knajpek i restauracji w pobliżu. Bardzo blisko metro. Również wielkość samego apartamentu jest bardzo dobra, w sam raz dla dwóch rodzin z dziećmi, wszystko dostępne w mieszkaniu w tym w pełni wyposażona kuchnia (elkspress, toster, mikrofala, etc). Właściciel bardzo pomocny, super kontakt przez whatsup.

Cons: Zepsuta roleta w sypialni od ulicy. W jednej z łazienek nie było ciepłej wody w umywalce.
