Very good :)

Pros: Very pleasnt and nice people. Everything was prepared in advanc, very good comunication, willing to help about everything. Prety much satisfy :)

Excellent spacious space and comfortable stay. Great location if you like to be close in city centre.

Pros: We liked how spacious it is, everything you'll need for short trip is there.

Cons: The water pressure in the shower is quite weak. And the toilet door can't be locked.

Excellent base for trip to Valencia with fully equipped apartment

Pros: Excellent communication from the host from Ali g for ID and providing access via door code and room key

Cons: A bit of noise around midnight with returning g guests but host can’t be blamed for that

Pros: We stayed 2 nights, and everything was very clean. The TV was replaced almost straight away as it wasn't working. The communication was excellent. The location for us was great as we went to a concert to La plaza de toros, it was walking distance and we felt safe walking back to the apartment. I cannot fault the apartment there is a bar next door, Moby Dick. The staff was friendly and the food was good. There are also few supermarkets if you decide to stay in and cook. We will definitely stay there again.

Cons: The only thing I would recommend it is to put a bin in the bathroom and a tea towel in the kitchen. Also maybe a.manual with all instructons and passwords so the rest of the party can have easy access to them.

Well located apartment with great facilities.

Pros: We had to book at short notice due to my children's flight returning home being cancelled. Access information was provided very quickly and the apartment was as described. Our children enjoyed their two night stay. Afterwards, the host provided a detailed invoice which was requested by the airline. They were very efficient!

Pros: wonderful neighbourhood, easy to get to the location, lovely lay out of the appartment.

Cons: It really wasn't very clean, we even cleaned the cupboards (in and out) because it felt uncomfortable being there. It could have been a one off though because everything else was great!

Great air conditioning which is a necessity during the summer. Easy to find close to many bars and restaurants.

Pros: Location was super, the apartment had a balcony overlooking the street, the space is bigger than it appears in the pictures which is great

Cons: Nothing everything was perfect

We really liked our stay and would recommend to those who want a good location on a budget and don’t mind a bit of noise

Pros: Great location in an area that was excellent for exploring the city by foot. Host sent us the necessary information including wifi and check in info which was nice and straightforward. Room was nice, we actually thought it looked better in person than it did on the listing online. We had no issues with things being broken or unclean. For the price we paid we were very happy!

Cons: Two things to note: If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs because our room was above a bar which was open late on Friday/Saturday night. We could also hear other guests staying in other rooms coming and going. This didn’t bother us too much but can imagine for others this might be a bit of an issue. Accom. only provided shower gel so be sure to bring your own shampoo/conditioner etc

Plenty of Pros and a few Cons.

Pros: We had two apartments for 8 of us. Both were spacious, bright, and quiet despite overlooking a busy corner. They had adjoining terraces. There are plenty of nice bars and restaurants in the vicinity, and a luggage storage place on the corner.

Cons: One of the apartments had no hot water, and neither safe worked. Both apartments had plenty of plates but were very poorly equipped with glasses or cups - we had 4 coffee cups between 8! The apartments were clean, but the terraces were very dirty .

Great value for money. Very spacious.

Pros: Spacious apartment. Location was great. Absolutely no complaint’s at all. Good value for money.

Cons: No issues. £300 deposit required but refunded back the day of checking out.
