Pros: Location is very good. Big apartment. 2 bathrooms.Large living room. Comfortable beds.

Cons: Noisy at the night. Especially Friday, Saturday. There are 3 rooms. Two of them faces the main street. There is place open till morning. Drunk people come to eat. On Saturday there was a big fight. This noise problem can be solved with extra isolation. Coffee pot needs to be replaced. And smell insulation is necessary at the kitchen tab.

Pros: I highly recommend this place. The property is situated in a convenient location close to all local amenities. Buses, trams and metro stations are just few minutes walk . It is a great pleasure to stay in this beautiful place. Also just across the street there’s a bakery called El Horno de los Borrachos and gelato place. The property manager Angel is very helpful always answered if there’s any concern. Gracias!!!

Pros: sehr zentral gelegen große Wohnung key für Schlüssel war beim einchecken ein kleines problem weil er nicht mehr aktiv war (Link) aber hats sich mit hilfsbereiten Nachbarn bald erledigt.

Pros: Apartamento bello e molto spazioso, 3 camere 2 bagni e un piccolo spazio esterno molto comodo. Posizione centrale e ben collegata con la metro con tutti i servizi alla mano

Großzügige Wohnung in perfekte Lage im Herzen von Ruzafa

Pros: Die Lage im quirligen, kreativen Viertel Ruzafa hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Boutiquen, Vintage Läden, Supermärkte, Bars, Cafés, Tapas-Bars, internationale Restaurants alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung mit 2 Bädern ist großzügig und sehr gut angelegt. Der Vollständigkeit halber muss man sagen, dass die Wohnung in einem lebendigen Viertel liegt und auch etwas hellhörig ist, was uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Der Check-in war einfach und die Kommunikation sehr freundlich. Der Fußweg in die Altstadt ca. 15 Minuten Sehr gute öffentliche Verbindungen zum Flughafen oder zu den wunderbaren Stränden!

Pros: Odlična lokacija v bližini starega mestnega jedra, glavne železnišče postaje in metroja. Pred app postaja bus in taxi. V bližini pekarna in trgovina.

Cons: App je lep, velik in čist. Na določenih mestih potreben malo obnove ali zamenjave.
