Отличная квартира ,со всеми удобствами ,с новым ремонтом

Pros: Очень хорошая квартира ,с новым ремонтом ,очень уютная ,есть посуда ,моющее ,все что нужно ,рядом супер маркет Consum 2 мин от на нас ,до пляжа 15 мин пешком ,WI-FI хороший , приятный хозяин квартиры ,спасибо за круассаны и фрукты .

Cons: Единственный минус это звукоизоляция и шумная канализация ,когда кто то принимает сверху душ ,слышен звук воды как будто ливень идет ))Но это проблема во многих домах . Это не испортило нам наш отпуск ,квартира все равно очень хорошая ,все работает .

Posizione ottima.

Pros: Posizione ottima, comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia e i mezzi per visitare la città. Negozi e supermercati comodi. Spazi grandi il giusto, molto puliti, tutto il necessario era presente. Host gentile e disponibile.

Netherlands 🇳🇱

Pros: De wijk El Cabanyal is een leuke wijk, zeker als je naast een stedentrip ook wil genieten van het strand. Het appartement ligt heel centraal en met het openbaar vervoer in de buurt (bus/tram/metro) kan je overal komen in Valencia. Het is een mooi/schoon appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. Een zeer vriendelijke, toegankelijke en gastvrije eigenaar. Zeker de moeite waard om terug te komen.

Cons: Niets, alleen 1 tip een prullenbakje in de badkamer zou handig zijn.
