Great apartment in the heart of the city: you can reach in ten min. both the beach and the Grail

Pros: Wonderful place inside, good taste, modern furniture, great location.

Cons: The view was not on the wonderful church. Maybe next time!

Pros: Good location; very spacious appartment; clean kitchen; basic equipment in the kitchen so it was easy to prepare something to eat; comfortable beds; easy check-in; good communication with the host (online); nicely renovated staircase with a lift; the host was flexible with our arrival which was really great; many grocery shops and supermarkets around; nice neighbourhood; good access to public transport; within a walking distance to the port and beach. A nice place to stay.

Cons: This is not a drawback but information: there are two big double beds in two separate parts of the appartment - but these are not two separate rooms, it's an open space, which is great when you want to come with friends or family but this might be useful information for e.g. two couples that there is no that much privacy. There is information that there is a balcony - there might have been a balcony next floor but the door was closed so it wasn't actually available and we didn't see it (and didn't ask). Pros: The apartment was very nice!We were staying on the top floor,our view was from some very small windows,but it was still a unique view!We had bus stops nearby,the metro was not very far but this is not a problem! The kitchen was well equipped so that we could cook!

Cons: The only thing that was not very pleasant was that there were a lot of tiny black bugs that were everywhere!And also for 4 people we had only one small packet of shampoo and shower gel, but there was plenty of soap!

Pros: Very comfortable and clean with all items needed for a comfortable stay. Easy check-in.

Not bad, but not excellent.

Pros: No issues with collecting the keys, the code for entrance to the building was sent in time and the keys were in the box. The view was great and locations overall is very good for tourists. Good beach and coffee places around. The bed was good, the hot water and all basics for cooking were present.

Cons: No safe place to leave rental bicycle (not a city community bike). Not enough of toilet paper. The terrace didn't look like it can be used: birds litter, dust, some construction materials were stored there.

Enjoyable

Pros: The apartment had beautiful terraces. The bus stops were close by to travel into the city, and the port and beach was a walkable distance with bike rentals close by.

Cons: The apartment should consider investing in sturdy loose pillows for the sofa bed to place at the head and additional soft pillows for 2 people sharing. Other than that, very comfortable.

Pros: Apartment was very nice, it met all my needs. The location was perfect for me.

Overall the apartment was clean, mattress was fabulous. Tap at sink was loose though.

Good port/beach location in a modern, well maintained appartment.

Pros: Good location for the beach and port areas of Valencia. Not far from tram and transport links. Good range of affordable restaurants nearby. Appt was clean, and modern with good facilities.

Cons: Nothing bad to report. Costs seemed a little high, but it was a good location for us.

Comfortable, clean and perfectly suited for our weekend group getaway.

Pros: The staff at Puerto Beach Suites went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Our flight was delayed by over an hour and we had a last minute emergency but their response time was incredibly fast and for that I will be forever appreciative. The flats were spotless upon arrival and the air conditioning was great. Both the main bed and the sofa bed were comfortable which was great for our group of 8. My only regret is that I wish we planned for a longer stay! These flats were perfect base for a weekend trip, offering just the right mix of convenience (shops literally being steps away), comfort and warm hospitality.
