Had a pleasant stay, clean apartment, great location, friendly service
Pros: We stayed at Florit Flats for 4 nights as a family and really enjoyed it. Location was great, just a few minutes from the beach, with shops and supermarkets close by. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and the Wi-Fi was good. The hosts were quick to reply and even let us check in early, which was really helpful as it was raining heavily on the day we arrived. We also booked a taxi transfer from the airport through them, which went smoothly, would definitely stay here again

Spacious apartment near the marina
Pros: The apartment is really nice and spacious, with a well equiped kitchen. The location is great- 20 minutes walk to the Scientific City and Oceanografico and also 20 minutes walk to the beach.
Cons: It was hard to maintain the cleaning beacuse the broom and mop had no stick. The beds are a bit small.

Pros: Close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. All cleaning products provided by the company servicing the apartment. Clean and comfortable.
Cons: Internet was sometimes not stable, disconecting TV but since we have spent vast majority of the time outside, this was not that disturbing.

Nice clean apartment
Pros: The apartment was very clean and cool when we arrived. There are ACs in both rooms, there were clean sheets and towels. A water bottle in the fridge. The beach is 20min walk, the bus stop is 2 min walk and you can get around the city pretty easily with public transport. There are supermarkets nearby, and the apartment has a kitchen.
Cons: There were not enough tablets for the dishwasher and toilet paper for the stay. The apartment is on the ground floor, the street is not very busy, but you can hear the cars and people walking. And there was a renovation on the opposite side of the street, which is unrelated to the apartment, but still affected the stay a bit. The apartment opens with an app, so keep that in mind, and have your phone charged, and be mindful of checkout time.

Pros: The apartment is great. We were there for two weeks and enjoyed it very much. It is well equipped for longer stays too. Very nice communication with the host. They have very helpful approach. The location was the best, next to the Marina..

Pros: There was a really sweet compliment in the apartment - bottle of champagne, two coloring books from Valencia, markers and tattoos for the kids. There is a bus stop of bus N4 2 min away from the apartment that takes you straight to the city center.

Pros: The location was perfect for us: modern design, cleanliness, comfortable beds, location: 20 minutes walk from the beach and 40 minutes from the Oceanographic (bus stop 1 minute away), supermarket 2 minutes away. Even though you enter directly from the street, I find it quiet at night

We loved staying at this property.
Pros: The property is excellent, has everything you might need for a short stay. It was clean and the host was very helpful.
Cons: It is a bit far from the centre, you have to take the bus to go anywhere.

Nice location. Very clean.
Pros: Overall apartment is clean. All the items inside are also clean and in a very good condition. Spacious room, good fridge, clean bathroom, washing machine + all the necessary stuff like coffee or washing liquid. It is very close to the beach. There are nice street cafes nearby with a tasty food for a good price. Metro station is nearby, very easy to get to the airport.
Cons: There was no terrace or backyard due to configuration of the apartment. There were two cockroaches in the kitchen, but we have only seen them once on arrival.
