Pros: fantastic place to stay for a longer time in Valencia. Fully equipped appartment with kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and even small patio, nearly calm and fantastic situated between port and metrostation. I spent 5 weeks there and felt like home! Paolo is a wonderful and helpful host, always available. He even gave me a bike, so I could go around without problems. beach by bike in 5 minutes!!! no complains, good price, if I ever will work in Valencia again, THIS is my home there!

Cons: no complains! thanks for everything!!! perfect stay!

Все супер, рекомендую

Pros: Дуже гостинний господар, зустрів нас в апартаментах об 11:00 замість 15:00 (погодився бо у нас був ранній рейс). В квартирі є все для комфорту, повністю обладнана кухня (індукційна плита, мікрохвильовка, духовка, посудомийна машина, тостер, холодильник, весь необхідний посуд), в душі є фен, всі рушники (господар привозив ще один комплект чистих рушників так як ми були там більше двох тижнів), також є пральна і сушильна машини. Квартира дуже затишна, гарно працює інтернет. За рогом магазин suma, в пʼяти хвилинах consum. До набережної 15-20 хвилин пішки. Точно рекомендую квартиру і особлива вдячність Paolo за гостинність)

Cons: Для нас це був не мінус, але для когось може бути важливо, квартира знаходиться поручь з головной вулицею і може бути шумно. Також на кухні маленький холодильник
