Beautiful apartment

Pros: Beautiful apartment. Very clean, and I would guess that both the apartment and building were recently renovated. The location was also good. Buses and trams nearby. Approx 10 min walk to the beach. Despite being near a busy road, the apartment was quiet. The Wifi was also very good. I saw complaints about having to bring your refuse to the refuse bin before check out, but the bin is within 10 metres of the buildings front door. It's not a big deal. Deposit was refunded within 2 to 3 business days.

Cons: Not a complaint per se as we were not cooking, but just a reminder that the apartment does not contain an oven.

Great apartment to stay in for the marathon and not too far from the beach.

Pros: Clean and well equipped apartment. Could walk to start of marathon and the beach. Entry codes worked well. Apartment a good size for 4 people and was comfortable for everyone

Pros: It is an outstanding apartment. You receive coffee machine capsules, pods for the dishwasher and for the washing machine, which makes things easier when you are staying just a few days. Kitchen was equipped with a kitchen cloth, which is not frequent and we definitely appreciated that. Despite the description, the apartment does have toiletries, which was a nice surprise :) Subway is about a 10-minute walk away. If you want to see the sun rise, it is only about 15-20 minutes away (walking). A perfect, comfortable place for shorter and longer stays. I definitely recommend it and would rent it again if I were to visit Valencia in the future.

Cons: I think at times communication could be a little bit better and faster. Still, this is not a big thing. The apartment is really top notch and the host has been overall responsive and understanding, which I really appreciate.

Great stay

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The customer support was responsive and always happy to help. The flat itself was very spacious, well equipped with everything we needed, and extremely comfortable. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. It’s an ideal place for families with kids. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other families.

Cons: As a very minor suggestion, it would be useful to have a coat rack at the entrance for jackets and bags. Other than that, everything was great, and we would happily stay here again.

Great experience

Pros: Evething was ok. Free parking in front of the house, close to Valencia port and beach

Cons: Maybe is ok to have house shoes (during the autumn and winter)

Pros: Great stay at Maritime Apartamentos Puerto! Exceptional apartment, very clean, quiet and comfortable for family with 2 children. Close to bus station and beach.

Pros: Layout, location, security, baggage lockers, good transport connections

Cons: would have liked a few more bowls, also would love a glass wine glass. Wd have loved a tog 1 duvet.

Overall a very enjoyable experience by the sea.

Pros: Clean, spacious, great location near the sea. Very nicely decorated apartment and overall we had everything we needed.

Cons: The windows are not very well insulated, we could hear a lot of noise from outside, especially during the night. A little more coffee would have been nice, at least two per day. We also don't think we should take the trash outside, without any direction to where the dumpsters are. This should be a general courtesy, but not an obligation.

Lovely apartment

Pros: Good location close to the beach. Comfy beds, clean, good sized apartment. Fully equipped. Shops nearby.

Cons: Entry code system a little bit challenging on the beginning 😉

Pros: Big, nice clean apartament. Well equiped. Excellent AC, localisation. Silent.
