Nice apartment for a group

Pros: Very convenient for a group and walking distance from the seaside

Cons: There's no much natural light

Met our needs

Pros: Karina. Our host was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location. The apartment is close to the Marina and in walking distance to the Technology Park which was ideal as we were involved in the Iron-man event. Everything we needed was provided. The shower was exceptional and the kitchen was very well equipped.

Cons: The entrance hall and stairs, which were shared with the other apartments in the block, were somewhat dingy.

Would definately recommend this apartment big enough for a family with the 3 bedrooms

I love Valencia!

Pros: The host was very welcoming and kind. We received from her useful travel tips for restaurants, touristic objectives, urban transport, metro stations, etc The location was very nice and well placed (15 min to metro station, 20 min to beach, 10 min to port). The apartment was comfortable and spacious, very clean and had all the appliances you need. And a small and nice balcony :) The kitchen was large enough for 4 persons and well equipped for cooking, dinning, preparing coffe/tea, diswasher, etc. There were many shops and local restaurants around.

Cons: some improvements are neccessary in the bathroom: -the wobbling toilet bowl -the toilet lid, that had stains -the shower (with water from an electric boiler!), that causes some electric tingling sensation, especially when you touch the metal parts.

Great stay

Pros: Great location, near to metro station, beach, supermarkets. Extremly polite and helpfull host- Ramiro. Flat was clean and fully equiped :)

Great apartment

Pros: We were in Valencia for the Ironman event and the property was perfect for the swim start only a 5 minute walk. The property catered for all our need with all it modern facilities. Karina was very accessible through WhatsApp and gave us plenty of recommendations for places to eat and visit. We would highly recommend

Excellent apartment for 4 or 5 persons

Pros: Personal welcome by Karina (host). Easily reachable via Whatsapp. Very good communication. She even gave us a lot of good places (bars, restaurants) to visit. Close to the beach. We rented bikes in the neighborhood, and did all our transfers within the city by bicycle. Great!

Pros: Very nice place, spatious and well equipped for longer stays. Plenty of stores and nice restaurants in the vicinity. Many public transportation options to reach the inner city centre, and within walking distance to the old Turia riverbed. Extremely helpful owner. Overall, our stay there was very enjoyable.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is very well located and Karina gave us lots of information about restaurants, transport etc… Very good value for money
