Travel Habitat La Marina Real

Pros: We’ve got everything we need: a hair dryer, toaster, kettle, all kitchen facilities, an air conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste, shower gel (small ), and soap. Even disabled people can stay here. It’s a 15-minute walk to the Marina and a 20-minute walk to the beaches. Also its about 20 minutes walk to the city center. A supermarket and a pharmacy are just 5 minutes walk. The location is really good.

Cons: It would be better if you provided kitchen towels and leg towels as well. But it's not necessary. Everything is perfect.

Good stay in nice spacious apartment

Pros: Big apartment and good location Staff was helpful and informative

Cons: I was aware of that during booking but in fact that was slighly uncomfortable- windows on the street, anyone passing could see inside if courtains were open

Overall very good stay for groups,some minor downsides however, the good outweigh the bad.

Pros: There was a surplus of towels and bedding, all facilities required was provided upon arrival the room was clean and we was also given information about nearby transport links and other attractions.

Cons: There was a bad smell outside the property, the shower does not drain well so you have to mop and use towels after every shower

Pros: Convenient location, close to the sea, spacious modern apartment, looks like on photos, was possible early check in.

Cons: There is a closed door between apartments, prepare to hear every word your neighbours are saying.

Good for family weekend stay.

Pros: Clean, very good location, well equipped, good for family.

I Love this apartment

Pros: Simple but clean and efficient accommodation with everything you need. Right next to the shop and very close to a great bistro with the best breakfast in Spain. A pleasant drive to the beach and town.

Cons: Right on the street. Open a window or open the curtains and you'll get plenty of curious stares.

From all perspectives of traveller for short stay this is nice place to stay for convenience.

Pros: Location is superb several shops, restaurants are situated nearby. Main tourist attractions of Valencia were also within short distance. Overall this place is very convenient for traveler's with family.

Great for families and groups of friends

Pros: We were a group of 10 in apartments 1, 3 and 4. The apartments were in a great location, very clean and modern with excellent facilities. the team were friendly and very attentive. the layouts of the rooms were good and the beds were as described with the sofa bed turning into a good size double bed. the apartments are a 10-15 min walk from the marina and beach which we did every day and a short taxi into the old town and city centre.
