It's worth it

Pros: It looks nice, really comfortable and modern. Kitchen facilities are full, bathroom is clean, A/C and TV are available.

Cons: It's a bit noisy and close to pedestrian traffic cause of the ground floor. But everything else is absolutely fine.

Great value for money, spacious, well equipped

Pros: Spacious, clean apartment with everything you need. I went with my 3 children, two of them slept on the sofa bed, me and one in the bed. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Bus stops are a few minutes away and beach in 15 mins walking distance. Area itself ok, shops are close. Check-in was easy. Recommendable!

Cons: Bedroom window was not available to open. When wind was blowing, something was moving in the ceiling, making terrible sounds

Pros: The apartment is close to the port and has good connections with the city center. The apartment was clean.

Cons: Apartment without natural light, it is situated at the ground of the building, entering from the street. A little bit noisy sometimes. Coffee machine was not working properly. We observed problems with airconditioning and also with the shower - working but with problems.

Easy living close to beach

Pros: Easy entry, on ground floor. Pretty good services equipment like air-conditioning. Location was excellent people heading to beach.

Cons: Internet did not work, bathroom did not dry well. Small broken parts here and there. Location is quite far from the old town and shopping.for pedestrians Street was very noisy and bit too close

Pros: Location good for our needs. Price/quality ratio was correct. Not luxury but we didn't pay for luxury. Size of rooms good. All facilities provided. Easy access to beach and City of Sciences. Walkable to city centre down the Turia Gardens.

Cons: Some noise from other rooms. We could hear all the bathroom noises from other apartments.
