All in all, the stay in the apartment was excellent, I would recommend it to any friend.

Pros: location is great, facilities too, room has everything for family. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. I would recomend this apartment to all who planing to visit Valencia.

Cons: The lock on the entrance door and on the apartment door caused me only a negligible little problem.

Pros: Perfect Stay in Valencia! The apartment was perfect—clean, comfortable, and just a 2-minute walk from Valencia Basilica, right in the heart of the city. The host /Singular stay staff were super helpful and flexible; they even allowed us to stay 2 hours longer than originally planned as they didn’t have a guest coming in right away. Havier was grea and gave us useful information about what to see and do in Valencia. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

Cons: Only the blue hospital-like lightning in the bedrooms was a little off-putting.

Awesome

Pros: The cleanliness, the location, the apartment was new and well-renovated, and complete with all the amenities. The staff even made sure to let us leave our bags for a few hours after check-out.

Cons: Everything was fantastic. Perhaps only the self-check-in process could be improved. A small tip: until the scheduled arrival time, the apartment isn't even visible on the app.

Cons: Sofa bed very uncomfortable, tight space between entry door and kitchen and terrace. Complicated to open all the doors with app and sharing code. You cant forget phone inside the apartment
