A very nice apartment in a great area with a great host David

Pros: David was very helpful. He met us at the apartment before check in and allowed us to store our bags.

Cons: We missed natural light as the windows look over a dark entry. The Nespresso was faulty and leaking which was even more annoying as no pods had been left for us and we had to buy them

Pros: Good central location in Valencia. Close to a subway station. Friendly administrator. Please be aware that there is a required 300 euro deposit!

Cons: The view from windows, but it would be a pity to spend your time in Valencia indoors, when you could go out explore this beautiful city.

Pros: Struttura come descritta , pulita e accogliente , la posizione perfetta per gli spostamenti a piedi e con i mezzi . host preciso e disponibile ad accontentare i nostri piccoli aggiustamenti per il check in . Anche in quattro il divano letto è confortevole per due persone.

Pros: Een superappartement op een voortreffelijke locatie. Centraal gelegen en toch alle rust.

Pros: well located apartment, what most important very silent for such central location. it has all you need for longer stay. the host was helpful and friendly.

Cons: later check-in costs extra, flat could be a bit cleaner (we had a feeling, that it is not deep-cleaned).

Pros: L'appartamento si trova in posizione centrale, ma tranquilla, e permette di visitare la città a piedi. Vicinissima a metro e fermate autobus nonché bar ristoranti e supermercati. Gli spazi in casa sono adeguati e adatti a una famiglia.

Excelente estadía. Repetiremos

Pros: Excelente todo. La ubicación, a pocas cuadras del centro histórico y también del centro comercial. Supermercado a 1 cuadra, panadería enfrente, buses a 2/3 cuadras. Tiene todo lo necesario, hasta lavarropas y lavavajillas con jabón para 2 lavados. Y todo impecable y nuevo. Limpísimo. Amplio y cómodo. No hay ruidos de la calle a pesar de ser piso bajo. Sólo ruidos desde temprano a la mañana de los vecinos de arriba. David un genio ! Estuvo en contacto desde q llegamos guiándonos y luego también ante consultas. Lo recomiendo y si vuelvo a Valencia repetiré !!
