Pros: Very homely flat. Comfy beds. Excellent central location. Well equipped. Very well handled handover by Victoria who was friendly and very helpful.

Good size apartment in central Valencia.

Pros: Good location. Comfy lounges. Washing machine. Can walk to everything.

Cons: Second bedroom needs painting. Smell of mould. No bedside table or lamps. Elevator old and when building works going on it was a long time to come. Mix matched sheets on beds. Bathroom needs upgrade.

Next round when changing the mattress comes up, please consider a hotel quality mattress. The current ones are just too

Pros: It felt like coming home. Spacious and well decorated with all the amenities like washing machine and a dishwasher. Very clean and the location next to supermarket, grocery shop, wonderful bakery and the old town center all within walking distance. And you can catch a bus to the beach. Victoria the host is very friendly and efficient.

Cons: We wished we could stay longer here. And will stay here again in future.

For sure would stay there again, I do highly recommend!

Pros: The host was really nice, good english speaking, giving all the necessary advice about the location, transport, ... The property is excellent for family or friends , roomy bedrooms and living-dinning room. Old city center can be reach on foot, all the museums, beach, ZOO with bus, station is just around the corner.

Świetne miejsce, bardzo polecam!

Pros: Doskonała lokalizacja, 5 minut od głównego placu, 5 minut od przystanku autobusowego (np. żeby pojechać nad morze), 7 min od metro, blisko Carefour i Mercadona. Mieszkanie wygląda jak na zdjęciach, jest wygodne. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. W nocy czasem słychać osoby na ulicy, ale to typowe w takiej lokalizacji w Hiszpanii, mi bardzo nie przeszkadzało.

Cons: Niedoczyszczona lodówka.

Fantastyczny pobyt

Pros: Apartament jest w doskonałej lokalizacji. Ok 6minut do stacji metra Colon i 2minuty do przystanku autobusowego Tetuan/del Mar. Minutę drogi zajmuje dojście do Tobaco sklepu z biletami czy drobnymi słodyczami oraz około 4minuty do Carrefour Express. A dojście do Plaza se Reina zajmuje 4 minuty :) Mieszkanie znajduje się na 4 piętrze ale jest winda. Niewątpliwym atutem mieszkania jest posiadanie ogrzewania na kocioł gazowy. W mieszkaniu było cieplutko - byliśmy w trakcie ferii zimowych i w nocy temperatury spadały z 26 w ciągu dnia do 10 w nocy. W kuchni jest pełne wyposażenie do przygotowania posiłków. Kontakt z Victorią fantastyczny udzieliła porad, przekazała mapę. Polecamy dla rodzin z szczególnie w wieku przedszkolnym z uwagi na łatwą komunikację. Mieszkanie jest położone obok parku Turia który ciągnie się przez centrum miasta więc miłą alternatywą jest poruszanie się po nim w celu przemieszczenia do np. parku Guliwera czy miasteczka sztuki i nauki , oceanarium.

Excelente departamento, volvería sin dudas.

Pros: El departamento es muy confortable, muy bien las camas y la atención muy buena.

Cons: No tengo críticas de la propiedad, lo único que veo incómodo y que no tiene sentido más que para entorpecer el paso es una puerta de vidrio en la cocina-comedor. Mi sugerencia es que la quiten y solo dejen abierto el paso.
