Spacious, comfy apartment - only a few minutes walk to the main attractions

Pros: Perfect location in the historic centre and only a few minutes walk to Plaza de La Virgen. Bed is super comfortable and the bed linen had a lovely fresh, clean smell - as did the whole apartment. Apartment is spacious and has plenty storage. Kitchen has everything you need and all glasses, plates etc were spotless. The owners responded quickly to messages and were friendly and helpful.

Cons: It’s quite dark, especially in the bathroom, where the only light is the light on the mirror. Some more lighting would make what is already a great place even better. A small table and a couple of chairs on the balcony would be nice. Many people, like myself, come from cold countries and like to sit out in the sun.

Romantic

Pros: It was just the best vibing little place Ive seen.. It's the kind of place every young person dreams to own.

Cons: They need to look at water isolation in the buildings structure. Heavy rain meant leakage.

Pros: Location was excellent, walking distance to some of the best historic sites in Valencia! Property was neat and clean; management staff especially Lina and Christian were very prompt and supportive to help us have a comfortable stay. Loved the walks in the evening to the old city center.

Cons: Could have been equipped with basic utensils such as a vegetable scraper; toilet/ wc cleaning liquid must be provided when the stay is long as we were staying for 2 weeks; wasps above the toilet window were a nuisance and roof beams in the rooms make it a little less comfortable especially when guests are tall.

Pros: They are very thoughtful in providing the guests with starter packs containing essentials, like salt, olive oil, dish soap, etc.. It's a really well located property. You have multiple shops and restaurants within a 4 min walk and there's also a bus stop very near by in case it's summer and you don't feel like walking in 38 degrees weather.

Pros: Central location, walking distance to everything. Good size apartment - just perfect for longer stay in València. Staff super nice and responsive (check in/check out - big thanks to Sandra and Lina ❤️)

Great location, lovely flat, some problems

Pros: The flat was very nice and spacious. We also enjoyed the balconies. The location is amazing; it’s right in the old town and walking distance to all main places! It was nice to have a kitchen so we were able to have some of the meals in the flat.

Cons: We had to pay a 500€ deposit before the stay. After over a month since our stay ended, we still had not got the money back. I had to email the host and then they returned the money. This was annoying since it is a lot of money. We did not have hot water on the first day when we arrived (but the problem was fixed fast the next day). We left our luggage in the locker on the last day. When we came back to get them, the door code had already been changed… Luckily we were able to contact the host by calling, but still it was scary.

Excellent little place in the old town

Pros: Very nice little flat in a perfect location, clean and comfortable. Very prompt and helpful service from the agency, one of the best ever

Pros: Great location. Could walk everywhere. Lovely apartment.

Pros: Clean and very well positioned; sofa and beds are very comfortable; big shower.

Cons: Towels and coffee wouldn’t have been enough for 4 people, luckily we were two and we made it last until the very last day, though we would have preferred a little more care in those details.
