Good enough considering the price
Pros: position was good, the house was clean and considering the price I think it was good enough!
Cons: All good, very tall people or people who struggle to go up on tight stairs may have some issues but for us it was ok

Pros: Charming, perfectly located apartment to explore Valencia. Close to a lot of historic sights, museums, Turia Garden, Metro and shopping district. We really enjoyed our stay there. the two bars right in front are perfect for brunch or a beer after a long day. Loved the high ceilings and wooden structure in the apartment as well as the small balcony for a morning coffee in the sun.
Cons: it’s an old building, which is part of the charm but also means it’s not very soundproof. additionally in the small alleys sounds (neighbors, garbage collection, bar, people passing though the street) appear very loud. if you’re very noise sensitive I’d recommend another part of town to stay.

Pros: Bliskość do wielu atrakcji, przystanek autobusowy prawie pod lokalizacją. Dookoła wiele ciekawych miejsc do zwiedzenia , największe wrażenie zrobił park Turia.

Cons: Posizionata terzo piano senza ascensore E manca l’aria condizionata ci sono le pale ma non bastano

Pros: Super lokacija apartmaja. Apartma je lepo opremljen. Spodaj je gostilnica. Market je na vogalu ulice. Bankomat je blizu.
Cons: V Valencio so prišli na dan električnega mrka v Španiji. Odklepanje vrat potrebuje elektriko in dostop do spleta. Alternative za vstop v apartma pa ni bilo. Namesto ob 13.30 smo vstopili šele ob 20.30. TV ni delal. Postelja v spalnici je sicer udobna, ampak bi jo lahko kdo pregledal (4 rooms ;-)

Locatie perfect en schoon, verbeterpunt is de douche.
Pros: Locatie is perfect. Hou rekening dat het op de 3de verdieping is zonder lift. Helaas was de douchestandaard afgebroken dus het werd met de hand douchen. Ik hoop dat dit snel gemaakt wordt en dat het doucheputje niet meer overloopt. Verder zou een gordijn op de vide een mooie toevoeging zijn want als je op de slaapkamer het licht aandoet dan zie je dit als je op de vide slaapt. Verder heerlijk geslapen.

Mi lugar en Valencia
Pros: El apartamento es amplio y cómodo, es fresco y muy bonito,está muy bien ubicado con parada de autobuses cerca y lo mejor con dos buenísimos restaurantes el mejor El Barezito, excelente comida y mejor atención, en la plaza donde se encuentra el edificio .Me encantó.
Cons: La dotación de productos de limpieza y aseo me pareció poca, nosotros éramos 4 personas y nos quedábamos 4 días,,nos dotaron de un solo rollo de papel higiénico , la otra cosa es la ducha el desagüe debe ser destapado para que funcione correctamente.
