Invalencia - Musico 3 Turia Gardens

Pros: Location excellent. Well equipped. Quirky design. Close to the Turia Gardens which provided outside space.

Cons: It was impossible to use the shower in the shower room without flooding the floor. We gave up and used the shower over the bath. A broken toilet seat was reported immediately; when the front door lock also broke, the management company attended immediately and were told that both would be fixed after the weekend. We left on the following Thursday and neither issue had been fixed. There is a roof terrace advertised. Stretching it a bit - to call it a terrace. We sat on the steps one evening as there was nothing else available.

Pros: So close to everything and super spacious. Amazing place!!

Cons: We loved everything! We loved being up high and knew the place was in a narrow street. So clean and comfortable!!

Pros: We loved staying here. There’s everything you’ll need. Everything was clean. The room is really spacious and the bed was so comfy. Also the two bathrooms were great. It’s walkable distance to the center and there’s a grocery store just down the street. We would definitely stay here again in the future. I even forgot my GoPro camera there and they were so kind enough to sent it back to me.

A Good Base to Explore Valencia

Pros: Location was good, having a second bathroom, apartment was well equipped, management staff was responsive.

Cons: Apartment is a fourth floor (by US standards) walk up with a somewhat narrow staircase, the apartment tended to be cold most of the time (granted it was February).

Pros: Modern meets new. Stylish flat. Great location in a quiet street. We liked the fact there were 2 bathrooms. We didn’t hear neighbour noise. Nice.

Cons: Only upon arrival we realised how exhausting a third floor without lift and very steep stairs can be. The toilet seat in one bathroom didn’t fit the toilet at all. The other bathroom flooded when showering. The kitchen made of wood needs a fresh up. We couldn’t find a kitchen towel and never received an answer. We were suggested to ask for late checkout, but weren’t given one. Check out 10am! Check out after 22pm is against payment.

Pros: Perfect location near Turia park and old city centar. So cool interior of apartment, 2 bathrooms was bonus, very comfortable bed.

Cons: Just one tip, it would be more convinient to offer more towels. But there was washing mashine so it helps

Loved the apartment, loved VALÉNCIA, great location.

Pros: Very nice apartment, modern inside with everything you could need including well equipped kitchen. The location was brilliant, in the old part of town and walking distance to all the main attractions. The street itself very quiet with only drop off traffic allowed, bedroom at the back so very peaceful. We loved this apartment and Valencia and will go back. Small square in same street has a brunch cafe and a bar/restaurant, recycling bins here as well (don’t sit too close they get a bit smelly). On the corner a small grocery store and there is a good Carrefour express about 6 minutes walk away if you are self catering. We arrived quite late, they messaged us the codes to get in and we phoned the representative to open the front door remotely, would have been nice to have someone meet us but it worked ok.

Cons: Be careful not to ring one of the other flat’s doorbells they are right next to the stair light switches and look same. It’s on 3rd floor so lots of stairs but worth it to be on the top floor.

Overall very happy with the vibe of the loft and its location!

Pros: The loft apartment is an absolute vibe. Loved the open kitchen and kitchen bar counter. The couch bed was comfortable as well and having 2 bathrooms was very handy. The kitchen had some spices and salt and pepper, which was helpful too.

Cons: There were cockroaches by the entrance door pretty much at all times and that area was really dirty - fliers/papers/even clothes laying around. Kitchen knives were pretty much unusable because of how dull they were - we could hardly cut tomatoes. There is a deposit required before you can get the keys, which I guess is fair considering people can leave quite a mess, but just something to be aware of.
