Pros: Location was a little further from the centre than we're used to but it was OK and we got used to it. Took some back streets to get there quicker

Cons: Took a long time to replace a light bulb in the bathroom. We only had the mirror backlight. There was no kettle to boil water. We had to use a fry pan for 9 days. There were no tea towels to dry our hands after washing up. It was more expensive than we'd be prepared to pay for this property given the previous comments and that it is two flights of stairs up, with no lift. Its hard with suitcases if you're staying for a while.
