Great location to stay in a fabulous city

Pros: Had all the amenities we required except an electric kettle

Cons: Dining chairs were very worn and detracted standard of other furniture.

Stunning apartment and great location!

Pros: This is perhaps the prettiest and best apartment I've ever rented abroad! Spacious, a few steps from the city centre, looks new and was super clean! Travelled with my best friend and we absolutely loved it!

Cons: Nothing!

perfect place to discover Valencia

Pros: Great place to discover Valencia. Very close to cathedral and other historic places, also in walking distance to railway station, botanical garden and shopping streets. Very roomy, clean and comfortable. Lucas was very kind and flexible, in the end we could check out later as our flight was in the evening.

Comfortable, modern, convenient city apartment with A/C.

Pros: Modern furnishings, good A/C and kitchen fridge etc. lovely huge windows and excellent quiet but handy location.

Cons: Could have been a bit cleaner. There were a few small bugs crawling on the bathroom floor. The entrance and stairwell to the apartment was a little crumbling and badly lit.

Lovely host and Brilliant Location

Pros: First of all, the host was amazing! Very helpful and kind. Secondly, the location is absolutely perfect. Honestly, it cant be better. Walking distance to everything but still tucked away enough to have a good night sleep. I'd also like to point out that I'm an extremely light sleeper who often wakes up with headaches, but I slept like a baby there.

A good choise but need the improovments

Pros: It is a nice appartment with super good location. The distance to the Cathedral only 10 min walk. Also Lucas was very good in comminucation and meet us to pass the keys and let us stay a bit later after check out hours

Cons: Despite that appartment is nice there is room for improvment: there was not glasses for wine, dish soap and sponge,no shower gel or shampoo only soap, only 2 rolls of toilet paper,TV channels all only in Spanish execpt one which was a music chanel. Also soundproofing not so good.

Pros: Amazing location, plenty of space and dependable service with easy check-in and -out

Pros: Lucas was a very good host, waited for us, always avaible, quick answer for our questions. The center is few minutes walk from the appartement, also the metro station.

Pros: Good location in city centre The apartment has all it needs for a couple or small family. Well furnished spaces are well thought.

Cons: The bathroom had a small window always open as It had the electric cable going to the hot water boiler. This meant that when outside it was cold the temperature in the bathroom was always cold In general the apt was average clean

Overall good for the price.

Pros: Perfect location, working AC and ventilator, clean, well equipped.

Cons: Amenities such as dishwashing liquid and washing liquid were missing. Also, the coach was extremely uncomfortable to sit on.
