Good value for money

Pros: Close to subway and easy to access. Good beds. Clean bathrooms.

Cons: Not very clean, old furniture.

Lovely clean and bright apartment

Pros: 15 minutes walk to beach. Beds and pillows comfortable. Very clean. Lovely balcony.

Cons: Doors sometimes wouldn’t stay closed in side apartment itself

Pros: Very nice apartment and the communication with the staff was very good. I had an issue with the air-conditioning in the middle of the night and the staff called back within 20 minutes and got me a solution and eventually sent someone to have look at it as well the following day. The apartment was very clean and comfortable

Cons: The windows of the apartment faced another building so there wasn't much of a view. But that didn't really bother as we only went to sleep there.

Pros: The apartament was very comfortable and there was all what we needed, we were in 3 people and it was perfect! Nice also the furniture and comfortable beds. It was also very clean!

Great accomodation for groups to eplore Valencia if you don’t mind walking 15 minutes.

Pros: Spacious, clean and walking distance from beach and bars.

We enjoed the stay

Pros: Firstly, great lockation. Close to the sea and Oceonografic park. Access to the property was very easy and handy if you arrive there at late time. Apertment euipt with necessary stuff.

Cons: We arrived at middnight, had long day traveling and in appartment, I expected at least a few bottles of water. Unfortunatly we were forced to go to the shop.
