Atendeu nossa necessidade no período em que estivemos hospedados.

Pros: Localização ótima, apartamento térreo, organização, bem equipado (máquina lavar roupa, varal, ferro de passar, secador de cabelo, coisas de cozinha) banheiro espaçoso.

Cons: ficamos meio inseguros com a fechadura eletrônica, pois 1 vez chegamos e a porta estava aberta, depois descobrimos que ela abria pelo distância que estavamos da porta, não tem garagem e em geral a cidade é muito ruim de achar vaga para estacionar, porém seguro para deixar o carro na rua, os quartos não tem portas, somente uma cortina para o fechamento e último quarto precisa passar pelo outro para sair e ir ao banheiro.
