PERFECT

Pros: Our journey was perfect ! We loved it 🥰 we park outside where there was always places and we went to the ciutat center walking ! Perfect placement and the apartment was so clean and classy ✨

Cons: Kitchen a bit more equiped but was enough for our stay

Hospital visit

Pros: The studio was well appointed and perfect for our needs, we were in Valencia to take our little dog to the nearby Dental vet hospital. It saved us a very early morning drive in exchange for a 10 minute walk. We stayed the night after his operation again so we didn't have the car journey and were close by in case of an emergency. The weather was bad but the TV had good UK TV as well as Spanish. The first time we have had this in a hotel in 25 years! The customer service was via WhatsApp and our questions were answered almost instantly, including getting lost in the underground car park.

Cons: We found the electronic lock system a bit difficult and worried about running out of charge. I had to take the dog out during the night and again was worried I wouldn't get back in. We would have preferred to stay in the Carrefour carpark just on across the road if we were just in holiday for ease of getting out and about. The system of leaving the garage key in the studio meant we had to leave the garage, park up and go back to the studio but I realise this would be difficult to organise differently.

Really good stay.

Pros: Property was very clean and was good having the sofa bed. Everything worked well. The host was incredibly helpful and responded to our queries. Luggage storage for 16 EUR was good to leave our stuff for the day.

Cons: There was no place to hang up bath towels which was a bit annoying and few forks to eat with 2 forks to be precise for an apartment which sleeps 4.

Pros: Great stay, amazing flat, in a good and safe location - park is just in front, stores nearby, and not too far for a walk in the old town. Good communication with the host, all in all I'd stay there again.

Pros: It was clean. Pool is a big plus. Hot water. Great customer service. Very modern room. Everything works with your phone. You enter the building and the apartment with the given pin. No keys. So don’t loose your phone and charge it .

Cons: Bed in master bedroom should be changed. The floor in master bedroom needs to be repaired. I have informed the customer service. I guess they fixed it by now. In the refrigerator we found eggs a ham and ice cream from last guests. We cooked the eggs ; ) . Apparently there is a bar in the fridge which you pay for each drink you take out. Well we didn’t find much left. The cleaning lady didn’t have the time to organize the fridge.

Pros: It was clean. Spacious room. Freshly renovated. Has everything you need.

Cons: The check-in instructions indicate the second floor. But in reality it's the first floor. We arrived at night and spent a little time on the check-in quest:)

Overall a pleasant experience, I plan to stay at this hotel again

Pros: I liked the hotel in many ways: quiet, spacious and clean rooms, comfortable bed, modern design, efficient air conditioning.

Cons: Finding a parking space in the underground parking lot and then finding my car presented certain difficulties.

This apartment could be perfect with a more comfortable bed.

Pros: We liked the apartment, it was very clean and modern, the check-in process was unusual but very simple.

Cons: An uncomfortable bed that creaks a lot, and the pillows are not very comfortable either.

Amazing place - exceeded our expectations

Pros: The apartment / suite we had was amazing - combining comfort & design, we really enjoyed staying there (modern kitchen / bathroom & smart tv) The check-in method / key system is completely new to it but very convenient (download the app, it will be much easier than the link) Location wise, same thing, great, you have restaurants / cafes around, a big carrefour within a very short walking distance, historic center around 25 minutes walk and a shopping mall within 15 minutes walk. Easy to reach out to the (lovely and helpful) staff as well through WhatsApp Really impressed and will definitely book again when well come back to Valencia
