Great stay, bring eye covers tho
Pros: We liked they have different apartments options. The apartment was big enough and had everything we needed. They offer paid parking, the parking around the area is very difficult to find a spot.
Cons: The smoke detectors in the rooms blink with a very bright light every few seconds. This went on all night and we kept getting woken up because of this. Bring eye covers. It was really awful.

Cons: The furniture and decorations are a bit old and worn but as long as it was clean and comfortable it did not bothered us

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The terrace is absolutely amazing, with a perfect view that we enjoyed every day. The apartment was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The host was perfect – kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. They even surprised my daughter with a birthday cake and a beautiful letter with warm wishes, which made our stay extra special and unforgettable. The location is excellent: right next to the Turia Garden, close to the Biopark, and very well connected with bus and metro stations nearby. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Pros: The hotel is not in the city center, but it is easy to reach by bus. Good aparthotel with big rooms, nice location with lost od shops nearby.

Exceptional value that exceeded my expectations
Pros: The 2 bedroom apartment turned out to be much nicer than the online photos. The apartement is modern, bright, clean and comfortable. There is great wifi and TV. I especially liked being on the 7th floor and all the light from the wall of windows. I loved how quiet the apartment was. I was also very grateful for the excellent central heating system as Valencia was getting a very cold east wind. Marie and the young man with the english speaking father do a great job at Reception - they are very welcoming and super helpful.
Cons: The apartment is 'beige' and the little bit of art work is not good. I also did not like the view - walls of windows from the high-rises across the street. Fortunately there was a good distance between us. Overall my dislikes were minor and my likes were the important stuff. I would be delighted to stay here again.

Pros: Good for the money, close to the Bioparc and main bus station. Breakfast very good, the ladies working there were super nice! Apartment was spacious, clean.

Pros: Very clean and cosy apartment. The cleaner changed the bed sheets and towels and emptied the bin every 3 days. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport (bus 95) or a 15–20 minute walk to the old town. The staff at reception were very friendly, open, and polite. Breakfast was good, and there is a paid car park conveniently located under the building.
Cons: Breakfast was good, but I would have liked more variety, such as some vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, olives) and additional mandarins.

Highly recommend without hesitation
Pros: Basically, we liked everything. It suited our needs. A very comfortable, clean, spacious, bright, quiet apartment in a location within walking distance (20mins) to the centre & a frequent bus service. The staff were welcoming, friendly & efficient. The cleaning staff were excellent! Not once in our 6 week stay did we have to ask for anything they may have missed!! That’s rare!
Cons: Nothing, and probably a first for us well seasoned travellers.
