Very lovely, highly recommend
Pros: The owner was lovely and we felt very welcome staying here. She explained everything well and gave us contact info in case we needed anything else. The appartment was very clean and fully equipped with all the essentials you could possibly need even for a longer stay, as well as some nice touches like spices, coffee, tea and cold water bottles waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived. The area is pleasant and mostly quiet (even the neighbours were friendly and always said hi). There are decently stocked grocery stores nearby and you can get pretty much everywhere with public transport (direct bus/metro lines to the beach, Oceanographic, city centre, airport, main bus station,...). We stayed for 5 days and we would all gladly stay even longer. If I ever return to Valencia, I will not hesitate to book this appartment again.

Pros: The apartment has a very good location. By the subway or by the bus you can reach easily the centre, the airport or the sea shore. The apartment is equipped with everything even coffee, tea and sugar. Is maximum for four adults. Tatiana is a great host. She allowed us to check in at 9:30 a.m., instead of at 3:00 p.m. as it was indicated on Booking. Thank you, Tanya for the hospitality.

Pros: La atención del anfitrión fue perfecta. Nos estaba esperando y nos recibió muy bien. El apartamento está muy limpio y es muy cómodo. Menaje de cocina, toallas, agua fresca en la nevera,....todo muy bien.
Cons: Todo bien. Si hubiera estado más céntrico o, un 10.

Pros: O apartamento era confortável e bem localizado. Cozinha bem equipada e próximo ao metrô, parques, bares, restaurantes e mercados. Estava bem limpo.
Cons: A entrada do edifício possui um odor forte de esgoto. A porta de entrada do apartamento era difícil de fechar, sendo necessário bater com força, fazendo bastante barulho.

Perfecto en todos los sentidos
Pros: Tuvimos que alojarnos aquí por un imprevisto de última hora y no pudo ir mejor. Fueron muy rápidos y atentos desde el primer momento. La propietaria y su hijo son extremadamente amables y cercanos, y el alojamiento superó con creces nuestras expectativas. El apartamento está en muy buen estado, muy limpio, con calefacción individual en cada habitación, y situado en una zona muy bonita y tranquila. El metro está cerca y puedes llegar fácilmente al centro de la ciudad en 10 minutos. Sin duda, si vuelvo algún día, volveré a elegir este apartamento sin pensarlo.

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja mieszkania, w cichej okolicy 200m do metra, blisko sklepu, 100m do parku Turia, 100m do baro-kawiarni 24/7. W mieszkaniu wszystko co potrzeba do życia: 3 pokoje, wyposażona kuchnia, zabudowany balkon z pralką, czysta łazienka, dobrze działające wi-fi. Mieszkanie pomimo że nie jest za duże spokojnie pomieści 3-5 osób w zależności od konfiguracji. Bardzo atrakcyjna cena w porównaniu z noclegami w Walencji. Nie było żadnego problemu z wcześniejszym zameldowaniem.

Pros: Все было супер! Район отличный! 10 минут до Биопарка и большого магазина.
Cons: Все чисто. Есть все необходимое для удобства проживания. Полотенца, косметические принадлежности!
