Penthouse Duplex in a 4 floors spanish house -8 min to center by Metro

Wonderful !

Pros: We were very happy, the owner accepted very late check-in, also very late check-out, that was perfect becouse we had a late flight. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the nice terrace abouve the house and took a walk through Turia Garden wich was nearby, about 350m. The apartament was very clean, has confortable mattresses, 3 nice bathrooms and airconditioning in all the rooms that was perfect for us. Very fast wifi. Thank you very much Paul !

Pros: Just a stay, but very confortable, very clean, a good caffee in the morning, good sleep, good mattress, good hot water, all the rooms fitted with airconditioning unit. A short walk of 7 min to reach Turia Garden.

Pros: Fantastic property in a great location. Brilliant host, who accommodated us at very short notice! Apartment has everything one could need and conveniently located a short ride out of town.

Great place to stay for young adults

Pros: Great location, parking on site, spotlessly clean and owner always on hand for any questions. He even listened when we complained about the noise and has now fitted double glazing throughout the property!

Cons: Noise from the road may inconvenience light sleepers. UPDATE: The owner has now fitted double glazing thoughout the property and the noise levels are very much improved.

Outstanding duplex in Valencia

Pros: Property and host are just outstanding. We found warm welcome with wine and fruits upon arrival, super clean and comfortable furniture to make our stay pleasant and recharging. Besides the nice interior, there is a cozy balcony to have the morning coffee or aperitif there. Some evenings, instead of going out we just preferred to stay in the nice living room chatting over a glass of wine, cheese and jamon. When back to the airport late in the evening, we understood that our flight was canceled, and we were extremely grateful that our host agreed that we come back to spend another night there thus saving us from sleeping at the airport.
