Great location , well stocked in appliances and very responsive and helpful owners

Pros: The property was well furnished, great location - easy to get into town via underground train or bus. The flat was warm and comfortable as well.

Cons: At times heating / air con would turn off which made the place very cold, also one of the electric shutters didn’t work but both issues was resolved by help from the owners after speaking to them on WhatsApp.

Pros: Had a great view, with easy access to public transport.

Cons: Only mirror light in bathroom was working, no other light, bedroom window shutter was not working, no coffee/tea/sugar or basic cooking utilities eg oil etc and not even a. dish cloth.

Nice apartment, great views, great location, good value, but didn't like key system

Pros: Lovely view from apartment looking over parkland towards Biopark. Good location near to metro, bus stops and supermarkets. Apartment is light and bright, but doesn't get too much direct sun so doesn't heat up too much during the day (it was very hot and sunny whilst I was there) - aircon also very efficient/effective. A very pleasant place to stay!

Cons: Access to apartment block and apartment was through a smartphone app which implies that you need a working smartphone (with international roaming enabled in my case) and the app installed and with decent signal strength and with battery capacity when you want to open the doors. Not keen on this approach. I have since been contacted twice by the managing agents to ask where I'd left the key when I vacated the apartment, which is a bit strange as there was no key, just the app. There are some minor maintenance issues - e.g. sticky bathroom door that could do with attention, but nothing serious and I really enjoyed my stay there, despite some minor irritations and my dislike of the internet based key system..

Pros: Beautiful and comfortable apartment on the 5th floor. Beautiful view from the window to the park. Desk and chair, TV, internet, hairdryer, enough dishes.

Cons: Entry into the house and apartment only with an electronic key (internet and electricity required). Luckily, I was at home when the electricity went out for an indefinite period throughout the country. But I didn't go out because I wouldn't be able to get back into the apartment because there is no physical key. The next day I couldn't get into the house with the app because the intercom was apparently broken. I waited for someone living in the house to come and let me in. No salt, sugar, oil. The dishes weren't very clean. But there were a dish sponge and dishwashing liquid. I asked for two separate blankets, which I was promised, but in reality there was no second blanket.

Amplio y buena ubicación

Pros: Su facilidad para llegar, fuera del centro. A un paso de paradas de bus y metro.Reformado , cama muy cómoda con espectaculares vistas. Un paseo al biopark increíblemente bonito. No hicimos uso de cocina pero tenía bastante buena pinta, a excepción de la cafetera(rota) de adorno… Alojamiento amplio, y buena orientación, Muy cómodo y completo. Limpio y adecuado:)

Cons: La cafetera está rota, no tiene reparación(intentamos solucionarla) deberían sustituirla… El sofá debería tener fundas, es sofá cama y es poco higiénico. La ducha pierde agua y por ende la puerta del aseo se está dañando. No cuenta con cortinas… la persiana del dormitorio está algo rota y no baja del todo… Por lo demás, todo genial!

Pros: nagyon szép volt a kilátás és csendes volt a környék

Pros: Un barrio tranquilo, con un parque grande delante y cerca del metro para moverte.

Cons: El apartamento tiene lo necesario para pasar unos días. Por poner algo, que el baño es interior

Pros: výhled z apartmánu je neuvěřitelný, změnila bych zde v prezentaci fotek, protože je apartmán a hlavně výhled daleko lepší než na fotkách zde. Rychlé topení pokud si potřebujete zatopit. Strašně moc pohodlná matrace a jemné povlečení :). odlehlé od centra, takže klid a ticho.

Cons: otevírání dveří přes aplikaci není pro všechny pohodlné :(, doplnila bych sušák na prádlo, věšáky na bundu, doplnila bych skleničky a hrnky, lampičky na noční stolek, stropní osvětlení je intenzivní a bylo by dobré si večer moc zapnout mírnější světlo :) Velké mínus za postel :( je velice malá pro dva lidi (nechcete mít kolem sebe 10cm, ložnice je velká a i tak je v ní malá postel, když cestujete chcete si odpočinout, né se ,,mačkat,,, přikrývka jedna velká peřina, také bych vyměnila za 2 menší, né každý chce na dovolené spát pod jednou dekou, po celodenním chození po městě si spíš chcete zalézt pohodlně každý sám, než se přetahovat o deku :D je to sice úhel pohledu, ale za nás dvě solo je lepší.
