Great location, beautiful appartment, very uncomfortable bed and crazy loudness.

Pros: Fantastic location, literally next door from City of the arts. Appartment is beautiful and new.

Cons: Our appartment was the bottom one that’s next to the gate. It was crazy loud, this appartment gravely needs a new door with sound isolation. Even when people were just talking outside it felt like they’re next to your bed. Also the couch is poor, it’s necessary to change it for a regular bed. Nobody needs a sofa there.

Pros: Me encantó la ubicación, el apartamento muy buen con todo lo necesario. Repetiremos.

Cons: El ascensor va muy lento. Por lo demás súper bien todo.

Gute und schnelle Service. Angenehme Unterkunft. Gerne wieder.

Pros: Geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer war geschmackvoll und groß.

Cons: Das Klapp-Sofa hat leider bei jeder Bewegung geknarzt.

Pros: Está genial . Personal que nos entrego las llaves muy atento y amable. Muy cerca de la Ciudad de las Ciencias y de centros comerciales. Aparcamiento en la puerta

Cons: Por poner una pega. El sofá-cama no era muy cómodo que digamos y solo tenia un nórdico, le falta una sabana fina para este tiempo que aún no hace falta el nórdico
